Not saying he doesnt have a source I didn't really direct that straight at you but everyone moaning at him, like the post below.

Re-negotiations are being held, Hargreaves will need to prove his fitness to Sven before a contract will be officially put in front of him. This seems to be what is preventing a deal being secured at this moment in time. Thats all I can say for now.

wurmer Posted 9 July 2011 Posted 9 July 2011 CPFC has been helpful actually, telling us that were going to make a bid for Clyne and if we can't get him then we will go for Gunter. Hargreaves would of been a super signing, but I'd be amazed if he played over 10 games next season. So I'm not too fussed if he isn't interested as it would push out Danns,Wellens or King out of the team for an injury prone player that might struggle as the Championship is a more physical league than the Premiership. ??? He's been a member for 2 days and posted speculation that is to-date totally unproven.

Owen when fit is so much better than our current midfield, you'd be crazy to say otherwise. If he signs and stays fit for the majority he will be a major coupe and probably the signing of the transfer window.

Leicester_Loyal Posted 9 July 2011 Posted 9 July 2011 If anyone leaves it will be Oakley, but I do feel we need to keep hold of him, just incase of an injury crisis. With 6 CMs, 4 or 5 which are top quality, we'll have a stand out midfield all year round. When a couple are tired, we can use two other quality ones for a match or two.

Sven favoured Oakley over Abe towards the end of last season and with the signings of Danns and Peltier (Sven hinted that he may play him DM) then it doesn't leave much space. Espescially if we sign Hargreaves or another CM for that matter. So, no I don't think I'm crazy.
