Unless he was still demanding silly wages however if fit will be our best play but think running on a treadmill is totally different to 2 matches plus training a week

Man Utd aren't the sort of team you can ease yourself back in to. He wasn't going to get games. Therefore they didn't offer him a new deal. Yes his injury record is a major question mark. But given time to prove himself and ease in to a first team he "could" come back from his voodoo nightmare!

I know we aren't Man Utd but we aren't exactly some mickey mouse outfit either, I'm pretty sure our medical team and coaches can properly access a player, especially a player thats as red flagged as Hargreaves. If its physically and financially viable, it'll happen, people should probably stop worrying and leave it to the professionals.

shiv Posted 8 July 2011 Posted 8 July 2011 Doubt he "held talks" 2 weeks ago. Sven was on holiday I think and the way he talked about him in the press it seemed like he hadn't spoken to him properly. Probs gave him a call asking if he's interested.
