Well I don't know what this study is about but I'd trust my life experience over an academic study any day.

Imo a lot of these academics decide what they want to believe and then set out to prove themselves right. How many experts have told us 'if we do x then we will get this result' only for the exact opposite to happen?

I have grown up in every conceivable shithole imaginable, including in the States, I have known and acquainted with every level of society there is too. Do I go about claiming to be a sociological and psychological expert due to this on the internet, without a whiff of credibility? No. From the tone of your posts, I take it you feel aggrieved against those who might be educated or base their opinions on study? I'm not an expert mind, and as I've read your posts I feel as though I know you intimately, and I guess we could be friends, but I think we'd probably fall out at some point, as we'd only compete on who has the most Facebook pals.

This doesn't make me any sort of expert, but as you will know as well when you can engage and relate to these people, and by that i mean any people you want to understand, you will understand a lot more than what makes them tick and understand their outlook on life, you cant do that in my opinion without 'getting in the mix'. the study the lad keeps relying on for his evidence and facts hasnt nowhere near been completed so to brings nothing new to me INHO

The students weren't fighting for freedom at all so you can not try and wriggle out what you said about people having an education. The students committed violence and started fires as well as trashed buildings so they were rioting just like the latest nobheads. The students had made their point with their protests so didnt need anything else to happen so what other reason could it have been apart from the buzz?
