ScouseFox Posted 8 August 2011 Posted 8 August 2011 Hope he does alright. But not too well. He won't be back, have a good life Dany.
Freeman's Wharfer Posted 8 August 2011 Posted 8 August 2011 Probably worth the little we paid as he scored some important goals and changed a fair few games when coming on from the bench the season before last. Can't imagine their fans will have too much patience with him if he shows the same inconsistency he did here at times last season!
Dr The Singh Posted 8 August 2011 Posted 8 August 2011 He's got all the physical attritbutes and skill to be a top player, but unfortunately lacks real mental strength and belief!!
lcfcsnow Posted 8 August 2011 Posted 8 August 2011 We got rid of Gradel for this guy Pearson did and people still bemoan him leaving. Adebola & Fryatt up front, need I say more.
Fox92 Posted 8 August 2011 Posted 8 August 2011 Just been on vital Millwall and one of their posters started a thread reading: "we've signed Danny McGuessan from Leicester"
shen Posted 9 August 2011 Posted 9 August 2011 Scored on his debut tonight, and sounds like he had a stormer for them! link
Fox92 Posted 10 August 2011 Posted 10 August 2011 Scored on his debut tonight, and sounds like he had a stormer for them! link He did score on his debut at Leicester though, so anything could happen yet
MC Prussian Posted 10 August 2011 Posted 10 August 2011 He did score on his debut at Leicester though, so anything could happen yet Yeah, but so did Jeffrey Schlupp, so anything can happen.
Fox92 Posted 10 August 2011 Posted 10 August 2011 Yeah, but so did Jeffrey Schlupp, so anything can happen. I have faith.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 10 August 2011 Posted 10 August 2011 His goal giving Millwall a 1-0 win helped me win £19, well done Dany.
tickler28 Posted 10 August 2011 Posted 10 August 2011 Is it me or is this just typical that we loan out a player and they score instantly and make an impact. Sometimes I wonder if Sven just wants his own players at the club rather than give those a chance that were here before?? He's even played down the idea that Schlupp is the answer by saying he doesn't think he's last the 45 game season (the lads 18 for fooks sake!!) It's players like Vassell, Howard and Oakly who won't last the season. I think it's time instead of BLOWING millions on new players that we take stock of what we have got. Give people a chance Sven instead of diving into the Thai owners pockets to buy a supposedly (big name player) doesn't always bear fruit!
leicesterisme Posted 10 August 2011 Posted 10 August 2011 No because that is exactly what you get with N'Guessan, fantastic one game and then the next game he's absolutely shocking. Consistency is N'Guessans big problem and he badly lacks it.

leicesterisme Posted 10 August 2011 Posted 10 August 2011 Think Vassell should be loaned out to then if that's the case. Not at all, Vassell offers 10 times more than what N'Guessan can offer.

He'll play 20-30 no problem, but won't have the stamina yet. Case in point, Hernandez only play 27 times for Man Utd last season. 3) We don't have time to try players that haven't made an impact before.

Corky Posted 10 August 2011 Posted 10 August 2011 He wasn't good enough for where we wanted to be. Sven wants his own players in the squad, he's the manager, that's his job.
FazzaF Posted 10 August 2011 Posted 10 August 2011 Used to be my favourite player here a few season's ago. Pleased for the lad,
