paddy Agyemang Posted 24 August 2011 Posted 24 August 2011 id love a big away game like Liverpool or Man Utd or any1 within the top ten of the prem
Stevosevic Posted 24 August 2011 Posted 24 August 2011 Shit team please, the further you go the more likely you will get a bigger club later on.
ThurnbyLodgeFox Posted 24 August 2011 Posted 24 August 2011 the longer we go on, the less focused on the league we will be. carling cup success would be nice, but i would prefer promotion. man utd at old trafford, and to go out on penalties.. but if we were to win i would be ecstatic
MrSpaM Posted 24 August 2011 Posted 24 August 2011 Charlton at home please Love to see Chrissy P face up against Sven
ramboacdc Posted 24 August 2011 Posted 24 August 2011 liverpool away always wanted it but never got it! just to take my dad anfield.
ScouseFox Posted 24 August 2011 Posted 24 August 2011 The obvious shit team at home/big team away. Anything not from the Championship or Wigan/Bolton/Swansea etc. Everton away will be wished for, as per.
ollielcfc39 Posted 24 August 2011 Posted 24 August 2011 Bet we end up away at MK Dons, no idea why just a hunch
Jiggers the Fox Posted 24 August 2011 Posted 24 August 2011 Jiggers twopenneth: Wolves away Also does anbody know an indication of the sort of time the draw is? Have access to SSN from 12 onwards!
leicesterseddon Posted 24 August 2011 Posted 24 August 2011 Don't think I want to draw a 'big team' at this stage actually. I think considering we've actually won this cup 3 times (twice in the not-too-distant past) we should be looking, at this stage, to progress as far as we can - and a draw against a side in our own division, or in a divsion below us, gives us a better chance of doing that. I can understand why for smaller clubs in the leagues below a 'glamour tie' is the dream, but personally I think we should rise above that. And, let's face it,if we ever did draw a so-called 'big club', the tickets would be expensive and they wouldn't take the game seriously or play any of our best players anyway. (Which is, of course, exactly what we've been doing so far anyway).

Would love a cup run and no reason why we can't go quite far. Remember we beat Tranmere in the final in 2000, yes TRANMERE.
ScouseFox Posted 24 August 2011 Posted 24 August 2011 I can see Goodison from me bird's house, I'm praying for them away. And they've just lost at home to QPR, we could do 'em. And I could gloat for weeks. Please.
sdb Posted 24 August 2011 Posted 24 August 2011 Not a Championship club, especially away. Otherwise I'm happy-ish.
