Leicester Falcon Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 Last night saw the return of our Peregrine Falcon who was caught by the Sky Sports camera's against Derby. It seems when he's in attendance we win. Can somebody sort this lad out with a season ticket? I thought it brilliant after Beckford's goal when everyone was up cheering that the Falcon did a lap of the ground, gliding down toward the pitch. Leicester Foxes to Leicester Falcons?!
jamesmilner Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 think we should have a spot for his pictures to be shown . it flew straight at us when we scored , absolutely beautiful sight and bigger than what i thought . my camera will be ready saturday to catch its lap of honour if we score .

Babylon Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 It did a massive shit all over some bloke in SK4.... to renditions of "shit on the bastards below, below". Highlight of the night.
Simmo86 Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 It did a massive shit all over some bloke in SK4.... to renditions of "shit on the bastards below, below". Highlight of the night. lol How unlucky can you get! I keep missing this Falcon, at what point did it appear last night?
Carter90 Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 Shit in sk3 row ff seat 93 I think was only couple of metres away. Big shit too. Don't want be the one to clean that up
howlinmadmurfdoc Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 I thought it was a pigeon last night!!
AjcW Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 Definitely a pigeon! After it did it's lap it perched on one of the roof supports above my seat
acooling08 Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 I thought it was a pigeon last night!! looked more like a pigeon to me too Definitely a pigeon! After it did it's lap it perched on one of the roof supports above my seat
Jimbo Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 It wasn't a grey pigeon though, one of those beige coloured ones Could have sworn it was a pigeon, I may be wrong, but after it did it's doo doo on the bloke it flew right over my head and perched on the framework almost directly in front of me
frany104 Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 It was definitely a peregrine falcon, as it landed directly above me after beckfords goal.
dannythefox Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 Is it not the one they use when the grounds closed to keep te pigeons away?
Babylon Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 It was not a pigeon, 100% guaranteed. I was sat under it for 5 minutes fearing for my life after I saw the size of its No.2's.
Criggers Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 I was sat under it for 5 minutes fearing for my life after I saw the size of its No.2's. For some reason I couldn't help but laugh out loud at this. I can only picture people staring at the rafters rather than the pitch in fear of a big "no.2" coming their way
Finnegan Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 100% Falcon. Came and sat in C after the second goal. The bloke in front of me had a Partridge moment staring up at it for five minutes going 'FALCON! ... FALCON! FALCON!'
Finnegan Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 Looks nothing like a sparrowhawk, flies nothing like a sparrowhawk and behaves nothing like a sparrowhawk.

I can only picture people staring at the rafters rather than the pitch in fear of a big "no.2" coming their way Unfortunately for one guy (fortunately for me cos I thought it was hilarious) in SK3 who did get shat on it was a reality, que the songs of "shit on, shit on, shit on the bastards below" songs - after he had cleaned it up and come back to his seat it was a chorus of "shit on your coat - shit on your coat tonight...!"

Once had a seagull shit in my fish and chips whilst on Weston super mare beach,Brummies nearby had been feeding the bastards, they were in hysterics hated seagulls and Brummies ever since.
yorkie1999 Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 http://www.thisisleicestershire.co.uk/Rare-stadium-birds-breeding/story-13520386-detail/story.html Says here they came from derby. Probably on the fans bus, and decided to stay cos the football is better to watch
Larry_LCFC Posted 20 October 2011 Posted 20 October 2011 Incredible to see it doing the lap of honour when we scored. Got a bit of an attitude too. Was screaming its rather large head of at the fans when they were chanting at it. Thought it was going to rip someones head off .
