Guest Col city fan Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 Christ some of our fans are fickle.. I'm personally over the moon that we could be getting a manager like Pearson back Very chuffed indeed And NOW at last I think we could push for a play off spot. I'm so much more confident of this than I ever was with Sven..
wurmer Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 By the way, can I stick my neck out and say how pleased I am that we've made the right decision in bringing NP back? As some have acknowledged here, Foxblogger is exactly right: football is a results business and Nige will get us results. IF he comes back..
leicesterisme Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 This one on now. What an absolute fvcking willy puller. I'm sorry but fvck me, without Pearson we may have struggled to even get out League 1, the Championship play offs were just a bonus. We had no right to be there.
Fox92 Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 I hate it when people say 'most of his success was in League 1'. This caller on now just said 'anyone could have got us up'. Ridiculous.
Number 6 Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 I don't think it's unreasonable to expect decent football AND winning. If we're honest we have had neither this season. The Watford win is an example of what I don't want to see though.
MrSpaM Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 My god that last caller was a proper fool. Dosn't like the appointment because he's not high profile enough. pft
Bugg Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 This caller is right about him needing to Improve media-wise. Didn't he fall out with Radio Leicester completely near the end of the season?
I am Rod Hull Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 Stringer - "a lot of fans dont want him back" 9-1 in favour of his return in the FT poll...
Babylon Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 Stringer - "a lot of fans dont want him back" A lot of Leicester fans need locking up.
Blanesta Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 How can that guy speculate like that about Sven and the owners?! Crazy!! you're right there mate. People like him start crazy rumours, what a fool.
MrSpaM Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 Stringer - "a lot of fans dont want him back" Who's he been asking? apart from a couple of people on here the vast majority of negative comments i've heard have been people on the moan in tonight
I am Rod Hull Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 Who's he been asking? apart from a couple of people on here the vast majority of negative comments i've heard have been people on the moan in tonight Sounds like his family ...
Happy Fox Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 The moan in is the moan in for a reason all they bloody do is moan, f**k off out of Sven's ass NP will do a grand job
Libertine Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 The moan in is the moan in for a reason all they bloody do is moan, f**k off out of Sven's ass NP will do a grand job That wasn't very 'Happy'.
blueredswed Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 The moan in is the moan in for a reason all they bloody do is moan, f**k off out of Sven's ass NP will do a grand job Great too see Happy Fox! I´m waiting for the next 5 games then if he loose 2 NP out...
Fox92 Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 The moan in is the moan in for a reason all they bloody do is moan, f**k off out of Sven's ass NP will do a grand job I know. Most caller's say 'I didnt agree with the sacking of Sven' but the small minority that say 'I agree with the sacking of Sven' triggers an argument between themselves and the radio presenters because Young and Stringer seem to think Sven was great.. but I don't think he was.
Happy Fox Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 That wasn't very 'Happy'. Sorry, I am just pissed off that no one can be happy about NP returning
Happy Fox Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 Great too see Happy Fox! I´m waiting for the next 5 games then if he loose 2 NP out... Wow your english is very articulate, are you playing us with your Swedish accent
Libertine Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 I know. Do they? Why does it have to be one or the other? It seems on here if you didn't want Sven's head on a stick immediately you're 'up his arse'. Anyway, irrelevant. Let's move on!
Mack Posted 7 November 2011 Author Posted 7 November 2011 I think Stringer is worried for his job, and rightfully so. If my memory serves me right Pearson got the hump with him because Stringer made a jibe about Pearson not getting up from the dug out to get involved when Pearson had a slipped disc in his back. Next game Stringer was on gardening leave and in the away end at WBA

I have always maintained in my own mind that Sven never knew the division what was required to get out of it, personally I felt he was never equipped to the demands of the championship when he didn't sign any wingers that killed it for me.

Next game Stringer was on gardening leave and in the away end at WBA Stringer is looking out for himself. Sven = easy going, no problems for an interview, bloody nice bloke, happy days, makes his job a doddle... Pearson = awwwww shit, not him again, he`s a bast***...
Corky Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 I hate it when people say 'most of his success was in League 1'. This caller on now just said 'anyone could have got us up'. Ridiculous. Really? How many wanted the job?
