accessory Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 He means 'Stringer doesn't want him back'. The Mercury aren't fond of Pearson either - and no wonder. He has zero charisma or media skills and is at the completely opposite end of the scale to Sven.
ThurmastonFox Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 Sorry only just got in. Was Glenn from leicester birch putting on a deeper voice?
Corky Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 I'm sure David from Coalville was on. He's everywhere, on RL, on Talksport and You're On Sky Sports. I've heard him on all those.
absolutelegend Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 missed the moan in....gutted! Did i miss any insightful footballing debate and analysis?
Vlad the Fox Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 I think Stringer is worried for his job, and rightfully so. If my memory serves me right Pearson got the hump with him because Stringer made a jibe about Pearson not getting up from the dug out to get involved when Pearson had a slipped disc in his back. Next game Stringer was on gardening leave and in the away end at WBA Is this why Pearson wouldn't do interviews with him? I've always wondered why they fell out.
Kitchandro Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 26,700 on Sunday - About 3000 away fans = 23,000 Leicester fans. Yeah. Really bad attendances. We're the 4th biggest supported club in the league If you take away Derby's free season tickets and Southampton's current success, I'd say joint 2nd Though Leeds do have a lot more fans than us in general, so joint 3rd really.
fox in the sox Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 Sorry only just got in. Was Glenn from leicester birch putting on a deeper voice? I know it's only his opinion but I can never agree with anything Glenn says. Firstly he was guessing about what happened when Sven got sacked, then he said Pearson didn't do anything!!!!
Kitchandro Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 I don't think it's unreasonable to expect decent football AND winning. If we're honest we have had neither this season. The Watford win is an example of what I don't want to see though. Agreed. TBH, with this team I maintain that we must play good positive football to get the best out of it and win games. The games which we have sat back and been negative in this season we have not won. I think everyone wants to get to the Premiership first and foremost but I'd hate it if we became Stoke.
Happy Fox Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 If it is not too expensive can we get a Nigel Pearson Headbutting Stringer emoticom please
lcfcbaby Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 @StringerSport: Expect some sort of announcement from Hull in the morning with something from #lcfc later. Press conference Weds/Thurs. Welcome back Nigel
leicesterisme Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 I'm sure David from Coalville was on. He's everywhere, on RL, on Talksport and You're On Sky Sports. I've heard him on all those. Heard him on 606 a couple of weeks ago aswell!
Corky Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 Are those pictures to scale? I didn't expect that Stringer pic to be so small Heard him on 606 a couple of weeks ago aswell! He is omnipresent.
marko Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 Are those pictures to scale? Nah, Stringer's head is 10x that size.
Kitchandro Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 I didn't expect that Stringer pic to be so small I thought it was intended to demonstrate Stringer's chances of winning a fight with Nige. Nah, Stringer's head is 10x that size.
Schlupp Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 If Pearson gets rid of Stringer he would become an even better legend.
wurmer Posted 7 November 2011 Posted 7 November 2011 Maybe we can send Stringer to Hull... Just a thought....
Fox92 Posted 21 November 2011 Posted 21 November 2011 Fair play, Gallagher's goal was good but it is not the greatest ever goal, come on. Stringer's got a discussion on the forum now. I have texted in
