The player will improve & age because he's at your club, not at one in the leagues added temporarily. Cheers al, but I meant in said country - if they don't "exist" for 5 seasons then u add the league what will they be like? (am I being dumb here!?)

They're registered with the club in the main database - they just don't show because of the set-up of the game, so if you change the set-up they'd still be with the club on the DB and so show up?

Will he appear with his age based on the start of the game, or will the stats be generated as you're already a few years into the game. Only one way to find out......

I seem to win 5 then loose 3, then draw a couple then win a few and then loose etc As long as I don't slip out of the play offs as I have just past January 2012 which is a crucial time in the season for me.

shen Posted 31 October 2011 Posted 31 October 2011 Well my dad unexpectedly ended up getting it for my birthday, so I'm officially on board. No idea how you lot have managed to sell Wellens, Abe et al. I've only managed to get rid of Moreno, Berner and Howard for peanuts so far. I've lost out on Adam Vass, Giovanni Hernandez and Gioda to bloody Reggina, Granada and Twente (fair enough there) and been rejected by Alberto Bueno, Simon Poulsen, Yannis Tafer (loan) and a host of others. Then again I've managed to get Sanogo on very low wages (£3mil fee) and I've got Danny Wilson, Fleck and Goodwillie lined up on loans. Probably went a bit overkill when getting Bakary Soumaré for £1,2mil, but I'm sure I can recoup at least twice that next season if he's as good as last time around.

Early days, yet, he needs a lot of improvement. .He has the highest potential of any striker in my squad but only really League One / Championship sorta stats so I was just using him as a sub in games I was winning to give him match time. But his stats were just happily rocketing up even just in training. So I've lumped him on and he's doing okay. If he keeps up this rate of advancement he'll be comfortably Prem quality before he's 19. Not had a player advance this quickly since Schneiderlin years ago.

Took 4 points from the first 6 games and fell 3-2 behind to Southampton at the King Power in the seventh with 5 minutes to go. A late Andy King brace saved the day and I lived to fight another day. This started a club record-equalling 23 game unbeaten run, which was only ended in the last game I played, losing to Burnley. Before the Burnley game I'd won 15 straight games just playing a bog standard 4-4-2 with pretty much the same playing squad as real life (only difference being I had Maynard as well). Never come close to a run like that before!

I didn't go unbeaten as long as you, but I won 13 matches and drew another 4 without conceding in 5, so I went something like 17 matches unbeaten and then Cardiff hammered me 4-0 away. That has rerally knocked me abit as well, because I haven't found the same form since and I now win a few and then loose a few etc How much did you get Maynard for? Bristol City wanted between £6million and £7million on my game and I refused to pay that much for him.

Steinsson and Robinson were also both frees but, to be fair, both have been excellent - especially Steinsson. Verratti's progress has slowed down considerably, though he's still doing very well, just a little bit dwarfed by Bertolacci who's comfortably going to be top-six material. Tabanou and Barazite are solid, Barazite will come to you in the Championship for about £2m and is excellent for the money, good all round attacker. Borini and Fierro I've covered. Oh, and ter Stegen is a beast.

Haydos Posted 1 November 2011 Posted 1 November 2011 Don't you ever feel like you should have some English players? I hate having a whole foreign team, I have to have at least 4 or 5 english players. I had an epic save on 2010, got to about 2030 and despite only 4 English players making my first team I managed to have the entire England starting XI at one point.
