Poor form to leave before that?... wants to say thanks?... reading to much in to it?... signing for fulham?... delaying to get more cash?... Could be 100 reasons.

My feelings are give Billy an ultimatum either sign on the dotted line tomorrow or move on, it is not hard to bring in a striker someone like Darius Henderson or Ched Evans would do fine.

I would sign that dotted line straight away.

I would sign that dotted line straight away. You make it sound so rosy and happy. In reality, we all know that just won't happen. There's no guarantee of premier league football; there's no official confirmation that he will be earning 28k a week, and we don't always hit 25k at home. He's loved at Doncaster; there's never any guarantee that when a player moves, he will hit the ground running at the new club. I do want him to sign, but for the right reasons. It's not an easy decision to make. If he wants to come to us, he will do so when he's ready. Just because he hasn't signed yet doesn't mean he doesn't want to sign at all.
