There's 12. I'll air them on 104.9fm from 11am Just seen that, interesting Beckford, Howard & Dyer could attract interest & obviously the players not getting into the team like Pantsil & maybe Danns Will be interesting to see if players contracts (rumoured to be high for the division, obviously) gets in the way of any potential interest
Guest parky0607 Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 I actually agree with SSL. He comes in again for suspended Mills, play better than Mills is doing, but gets automatically dropped when Mills returns. This. I can totally understand his frustration, whether he earns a stupidly high wage or not, the lad wants to play football for leicester and has been doing it well, Mills should be made to compete for his place again. He might have not handled his frustration in the correct manner, but then again the papers and rumours may have blown whatever happened out of proportion anyway.

smudger63 Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 Bust up is SSL, who thinks he's a god given right to be in the starting 11 Think your broken promises is out of context although I'm not sure Broken promise relates to fact that a lot of fans thought we'd walk top 2 & that we could buy the league The wake-up call that hard work & downs as wells as ups are required is upsetting those who thought we'd walk it. Rest of the upset seems to come from Bert stirring it & then people trying read between the lines Fernandes said when Sven was sacked he wanted to leave & he has SSL had an opportunity, failed to take it & then cries when he's dropped Those two things don't make the crisis everyone's whipping themselves into... wouldn't surprise me if Pantsil & Johnson were piping up too Who'd have thought, people not in the team kicking up a fuss, ahead of the transfer window, therefore keeping their signing bonus through not asking for a transfer if they end up leaving The thing is, it`s easy for some of the players to kick off, when the team being selected ahead of them, are not performing or getting results.Especially after Pearson coming back and saying it`s a clean slate, and everyone will be given the same chance, then immediatly picks his old players, and is seemingly reluctant to replace them, no matter how they perform. Chances are, this is going to take Pearson longer than probably he thought, and we hoped, to get right. Whether he gets the time to turn us around, is a whole different thing. Although we are still only 5 points off the play offs, we do need to start turning things around now, if our season is not just going to fizzle out.
HEGGSY Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 Berner, Ball, Moreno, Moussa, Logan, Oakley, St. Ledger, Pantsil, Johnson (loan cancelled), Beckford + 2 more. Danns and Weale perhaps. This but I think beckford will stay.
James18 Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 It's not good for anyone in the squad to be unhappy, but surely if it's happening, now is the best time for it. Shovel out anyone who isn't happy during January....
MrAus Posted 31 December 2011 Author Posted 31 December 2011 Don't read Twitter? Im sorry is'nt that what Twitters for ???
LcFc_Smiv Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 This. Made to compete? We were completely shit at the back without Mills, Bamba and SSL have no partnership at all! If either of them had played well Mills would have been made to fight for it, they failed to deliver! To me SSL looks strongest alongside Mills, apart from giving you a heart attack Bamba doesn't do all that much wrong, therefore it seems as if he was the likely option to be dropped. FFS NP didn't get to where he is by some total fluke, we think we know best when we really know F all that goes on behind the scenes, as it should be!
smudger63 Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 Berner, Ball, Moreno, Moussa, Logan, Oakley, St. Ledger, Pantsil, Johnson (loan cancelled), Beckford + 2 more. Danns and Weale perhaps. Moussa done well, and was popular at Donny last season, when he was on loan there, so could be part of any sharp deal possibly. That said, i`d rather we didn`t bother with sharp, and tried to bring in a mobile target man instead, but i`m probably in the minority.
Bert Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 except he doesn't, Mills clears the ball against Posh and Tomlin doesn't score, also SSL is bloody useless alongside Bamba, you can argue he shouldn't of been dropped for Sol, as he played well in those 2 games but not Mills You do post some nonsense. Mills doesn't clear the ball and Tomlin scores. Now what? Would live to know what goes on inside your head.

As mentioned by many SSL + Bamba were shit, hardly much competition getting back in the team Also like mentioned above, best time for it... the club don't have to put up with an unhappy w@nker & the player get a move and the chance of 1st team football Mills + Tunch seems like it could be a good partnership & successful teams always have a partnership at CB, but as an individual Bamba has been one of our better players this season.
One Arm Babba Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 Brown nose Bertie "oooo Dannzy I wish u were playing, and you Schlupp" Slerrrrp slerrp. We got on just fine before so called "ITK". All we can do is get behind Leicester City when they play. Forget the bollocks.
Kitchandro Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 You agree with a public bust-up? Really? Anyone has a right to knock on the manager's door & tell him exactly how they feel, being a fecking twat about it isn't really on You didn't see Hobbs, Mee & Vitor having a barney in front of everyone. SSL has got previous on this & must have twatish streak in him looking at PNE fans tweeting, he was a cock there too after M'boro unsettled him with a bid, he's obviously spied an opportunity to get his second signing-on fee in 6 months & his potential twatish streak got the better of him I too think Mills has been a let down, but SSL for me has never been better than average, perhaps it's Bamba who's difficult to play with even though he often looks good as an individual Mills & Tunch might be able to form a partnership, where Mills & Bamba, Bamba & SSL haven't Public? Whatever's happens, if players have an attitude problem they are not welcome. I doubt they will stay if they do.
Earlydoorsjones Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 Following crap on twitter...may as well listen to the drunk twat down the pub. I could post anything negative about the team on twitter at the moment - and the chances are, some twat would agree with it. It is half past 1 on Saturday morning, so here goes...Pantsil upset about lack of football...Wellens cuts himself shaving...Tunchev wants to learn Welsh...Gally wants to learn English...Pearson to make a bid for Fryatt...Mills too big for his own bollocks...Bamba takes up knitting...bollocks bollocks bollocks

Kitchandro Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 BTW I read on twitter that Wellens paid Fernandes off to leave. He then made Pearson sign a clause into his deal that means he only has to train 4 days a week and is automatically picked in the starting 11. He said something along the lines of 'either your brains or your signature will be on the contract'. Then he sent some fish in a package to St Ledger's house because he resents him playing for Ireland when he's clearly not from there, which Sean got really upset about as he's allergic to fish. Wellens framed his captain Mills for the incident, causing an argument between the two. St Ledger then let it spill that he wasn't happy about being an insignificant soldier and he wished he was a made man. Wellens thinks he might go blabbing to the press so he's going to have him whacked on the transfer list. Johnson was threatening to steal Wellens' starting place so he left a horses head in his bed, he didn't take the hint so Wellens had to knee-cap him and that's why Johno's not been fully fit. Remember when Sousa got that black eye? Wellens gave it to him because he said he was a 'funny guy'.
Matt Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 Care not. Transfer list the lot. Rebuild ahead of next summer is what I keep saying, obviously it's not as easy and simple as that but there are a certain few players i'd like to see out this club who I think has to many egos and also like I keep saying players we had 3, 4 or maybe even 5 years ago when we were going through our mid-table mediocrity and relegation battle years probably weren't much worse than this team yet this team just has bigger names and has/is costing alot more. Let's start shipping the deadwood out before the rot begins to set in, and get some new players in, as I said it's not aa easy and simple as rebuilding a team like that but we can certainly go along way to starting this come midnight tonight.
Cropwellfox Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 I suppose what are seeing was inevitable with anything other than a league leading season given the nature of the squad - too many big egos and regular internationals not in the matchday squad often enough for them - SSL, Pantsil, Johnson, Gelson etc, and the 'squad' players and younger pros who would have been content with more of a bit part role ie Kennedy, Moussa, Byrne etc - even Waghorn - marginalised completely. Result is a lot of frustrated players and add in the imbalance in terms of positions and we have what's happening now. Hindsight of course is all well and good, I was full of optimism back in august, but what seems clear is somehow there's yet another major rebuild required, SGE and Neville are culpable for this and i can see nothing to suggest that this season isn't a write off as we try to sort the mess out.
adamrwood Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 If the people who aren't playing want out then let 'em go. There needs to be big changes in the dressing room and all the bad eggs need to go to improve team spirit. I assume that beckford is also one of these bad eggs. Has anyone noticed that every time he miscontrols (9 or 10 times a game) nobody goes over him to keep his chin up and encourage him. Everton were also keen to offload him despite the fact that he was playing well and the fans were sad to see him go. We need less egos and more genuine characters like schmeichel and bamba who are good for team spirit. Successful lcfc teams in the past have always had a great team spirit which was seaped away as sven brought in his massive squad. Always gonna be difficult to keep people happy when you have a big squad of players wanting first team football. We need quality, not quantity!

People might just think its people getting on Beckford's back but I can't help but think Beckford has got a HUGE ego, just seems to have this attitude about him, and I keep going back to his comments when he signed - 'Only weak people feel pressure'. Cliches but - You live and die by your sword and If you can't walk the walk don't talk the talk spring to mind.** ** That goes for other players who came out at the start of the season talking to media saying, We don't feel any pressure/We won't let the pressure get to us/We can deal with it/We will do well this season, e.t.c, They brought unnecessary pressure upon themselves by saying these things, Ok you can blame the media by asking the questions and you can argue what else were the players meant to say they could have handled things alot better and played things down a little, and tbh i'm not even sure they were asked the questions because as they do comments and quotes just appeared on the OS about it.
Mack Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 I'm not sure foxes fans suggesting we lump on Pompey at the bookies is the most healthy attitude.
purpleronnie Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 People follow twitter for football news? Blimey.
