spez78 Posted 31 December 2011 Posted 31 December 2011 Having watched sol bamba since he arrived at city, I do not feel comfortable with him at the back.. He has 1 good game in 6 at best, I think positionally he is poor, his reading of the game is woeful and he puts his fellow centre back in trouble as they can't play their natural game due to his inconsistent play.... Yet he can pass and bring the ball forward, he has good pace and when he wants to he can be dominant aerially... What's your thoughts guys and girls?

How many people on here claimed that Sven wanted to sell Hobbs and buy Mills because Hobbs couldn't bring the ball out of defence and lay a nice ball off... I'm fooked if I can see that in Mills... What a lot of old bollox... We MUST start retaining possession of the ball. At least Bamba attempts to bring the ball down and lay it off.. Granted, not always in the safest of positions, but Mills passing is the worst I've seen from a city defender in ages.. Even worse than Wayne Brown!
