Clarkielcfc Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 this is total sh!t, 2400 for an FA cup 5th round game, priority 3 and highly doubt i will get one now. thanks Norwich...pricks!!!!!
Gold Coast Fox Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 What a joke. Do u think there will be any left by friday?
SaltyDog Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 its a joke!! I can't understand how they are not made by the FA to give us out full 15% allocation... I know it says due to crowd saftey but surely they are going to deal with the same amount of fans regardless of % of home/away ?? If I see empty seats on the 18th that'll just rub salt in the wound... it's a joke.. so many City fans are going to be very disappointed when not being able to get tickets... what a farse!
Guest parky0607 Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 THERE NOT ON SALE TILL TOMORROW? How have you bought 4? Haha!
Fox92 Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 I can't understand how they are not made by the FA to give us out full 15% allocation... Because they are playing Leicester! Manchester United complained about their allocation for their FA Cup game against Manchester City I think the 2,400 will sell.
Basingstoke Fox Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 Norwich City advised us of their admission prices on Friday evening but, disappointingly, we received notification on Saturday that only 2,400 away tickets will be allocated. Upon further consultation with the Football Association, it has been confirmed that, despite the exemplary record of Leicester City's travelling support in recent seasons, the decision was taken on the grounds of crowd safety by Norwich City's Safety Advisory Group. Is there anyone 'in the know' who can shed further light on the 'crowd safety issues' mentioned?
norfolkfox222 Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 what chances of this reaching members day?? very little i guess!?
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 what chances of this reaching members day?? very little i guess!? No chance
MrSpaM Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 Norwich fans saying were up in arms about this because we are "jealous" of their football club, how does that make any sense?!? I didn’t used to mind Norwich but there fans seem to have caught massive head disease since they got promoted!
Tom17LCFC Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 So this is what? Less than 10%? Ridiculous that is, Norwich can fvck off.
SaltyDog Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 Norwich fans saying were up in arms about this because we are "jealous" of their football club, how does that make any sense?!? I didn’t used to mind Norwich but there fans seem to have caught massive head disease since they got promoted! Jealous... their freeking delousional!!! we're just pissed because they have got away with some foul play.. simple...
Basingstoke Fox Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 Surely we as fans can do something about this? We can't let those c**** make us miss out on a good away trip.
MrSpaM Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 Jealous... their freeking delousional!!! we're just pissed because they have got away with some foul play.. simple... Apparently the jealousy stems from the fact they can fill their ground every week, actually couldn’t make this up. They've allocated us less for this cup game than they did the Man U fans in their league game. What ever happened to clubs having to give visiting teams a certain percentage of tickets in cup games? Absolutely crazy that they can just exploit a loophole like this Norwich's name is now on the list...
ealingfox Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 Would we be able to contest this with the authorities? Surely the entitlement remains 15%. What have they done in the previous two rounds if either was at home?
1964FOX Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 Clearly it has nothing to do with crowd safety it is purely about maintaining the maximum allocation for their own fans. If I recall rightly there are natural segregation areas between the home and away fans on one side at least so will get away with a small area of empty seats on the other side maintaining nearly all the home seats. I think every ne of us should send a e mail complaint to the FA, won't do much but they will have to acknowledge and reply to s all. From what's on the OS I think the club as tried to fight our argument so they are not at fault, it's all down to Norwich. I believe a lawful protest at the game is in order to make them realise how we feel. Hopefully we could cause them a lot of disruption to make them think twice about being so selfish. I mean they are clearly suggesting we are awful fans and we are not safe. Any suggestions as to what we could do lawfully to give them grief would be welcome. You may ask what good this will do, basically they will have to massively increase their staffing levels to accommodate it and that will cost them cash wise.
Basingstoke Fox Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 Bollocks can they exploit a loophole. They can't say that we can't have a bigger allocation because of safety reasons. They have to do something about it. Change it so that in this game, away fans are moved to a different stand where there won't be any safety concerns, or give us the full 4k tickets and implement more segregation to remove safety concerns. I can't believe this is actually happening. It's ridiculous!
1964FOX Posted 7 February 2012 Posted 7 February 2012 Would we be able to contest this with the authorities? Surely the entitlement remains 15%. What have they done in the previous two rounds if either was at home? In fairness to our club they have already contested it with the FA and we all know what joy we get with them - RESPECT I don't think so.
