Haydos Posted 26 February 2013 Posted 26 February 2013 Ronaldo with 2 in Real's 3-1 win at Camp Nou. Scored in his last 6 matches there now. And he doesn't turn up for big games don't you know 1
Fox in the North Posted 27 February 2013 Posted 27 February 2013 (edited) Just got back in. It was a truly brilliant night in Granada centre. Didn't care for the result but it was great fun all the same. Edited 27 February 2013 by HathernFox

Guest MattP Posted 27 February 2013 Posted 27 February 2013 Maybe Guardiola will now get some credit after recent Barca performances, it's the same players.
Uncle Albert Posted 27 February 2013 Posted 27 February 2013 Madrid were sensational last night, that's how counter attacking Football should be played. Angel Di Maria was pretty impressive as well as Ronaldo, Alonso, Varane and Ramos. I don't know if anyone else thinks the same but I've never seen Lionel Messi so quiet in 90 minutes - he had his free kick that just went wide but that was it really. Also that isn't me slating Messi either before anyone assumes that. God help Man United if that kind of Madrid turn up at Old Trafford next week and Barcelona need a huge kick up the arse if they are going to get past AC Milan.
21st Century Fox Posted 27 February 2013 Posted 27 February 2013 It can't help having directions sent from a New York clinic bed, but it put's pay to the "just stick them on the pitch and let them play" myth.
Guest MattP Posted 27 February 2013 Posted 27 February 2013 It can't help having directions sent from a New York clinic bed, but it put's pay to the "just stick them on the pitch and let them play" myth. Can get away with it in the league I think as 90% of tthe time they will have enough but these games like Milan away and one off cup games against sides like Real you clearly need something on the sideline to assess it. They were sticking Pique up front for the last 5 mins against Milan at times when 1-0 down, with a 2nd leg to go that's the work of a desperate manager well out of his depth.

Super_horns Posted 30 March 2013 Posted 30 March 2013 Messi gets the record then...and well Bayern have simply dominated their league! One defeat all season and only 2 goals given away on the road...
MC Prussian Posted 30 March 2013 Posted 30 March 2013 ... and a +65 goal difference for Gayern. Talking about domination.
StanSP Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Bayern can win the Bundesliga if they beat Frankfurt today. Has the Premier League ever been won this early?
Simmo86 Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Bayern can win the Bundesliga if they beat Frankfurt today. Has the Premier League ever been won this early? Didnt Utd win it really early one year? Maybe the season after the treble 99/00?
HEGGSY Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Aren't there less games left in Germany though? Yes, only 18 teams to the PLs 20. So 34 games as oppose to 38.
StanSP Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 But this was a great goal to win the title with... http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=fK5XPGmhVfs 1
MC Prussian Posted 7 April 2013 Posted 7 April 2013 Inter led against Atalanta 3-1 at home up until the 64th minute... and lost the match 4-3! Need proof? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fijm5OsfO04 Grande Bergamo!!
MC Prussian Posted 8 April 2013 Posted 8 April 2013 In other news this evening, if you're not interested in the Manchester Derby, how about following the clash of the titans in the Zweite Bundesliga in Germany instead? Hertha Berlin play at home against Braunschweig. That's first against second in the table. Both teams are likely to be automatically promoted comes the end of the season. I fancy Braunschweig, always liked the underdog. Plus, they'd be back where they once were. And in case you didn't know, Braunschweig were the team that once introduced shirt sponsorship in the Bundesliga, back in 1972:
ScouseFox Posted 8 April 2013 Posted 8 April 2013 The Rome Derby looks amazing. So much smoke. So much segregation. So much noise. And Totti is still playing.
ScouseFox Posted 8 April 2013 Posted 8 April 2013 And Hernanes has just smashed Lazio into the lead with a fúcking stunner. Insane atmosphere.
ScouseFox Posted 8 April 2013 Posted 8 April 2013 And Hernanes has just smashed Lazio into the lead with a fúcking stunner. Insane atmosphere. Went from hero to zero to even bigger zero by missing a penalty and then giving a penalty away. Been the obligatory red card in this one too, great game.
ScouseFox Posted 20 April 2013 Posted 20 April 2013 Bayern Munich have won every game since the Christmas break. Including wins of 9-2, 6-1 (x2), 4-0 (x2) and 3-0. They are ridiculously good. Hope they beat Barca.
