Things which annoy you in games

Saints Row 3 has the worst mission in video game history, surely. "Deckers.Die" level has a 'lag' effect on purpose... so infuriating.

That new "ultimate" mode on FIFA 12. Can't win the CPU on that, can't even scored. They close you down constantly and all their passes go to their team mates every time.

The ridiculously high ability of Real Madrid on FIFA 12. I know there probably the 2nd best team on the planet in reality, but FFS everyone I play uses them online and I don't think I've ever beaten them as a result. :glare:

I tend to play as Leicester on Fifa, but I use Man City when I want to play as a 5 star team. However, even though I won the league with Man city, I struggle to use them anymore, due to the amount of Real Madrid players I come across.

They're almost unplayable, due to Ronaldo, who can just glitch the ball of your players and run straight through your team, and their fast strikers like Benzema/Ronaldo vs. Man citys slow CB's, so all they have to do is rape you on the counter every single time. You can't do the same to them though, since they have Ramos as a CB, who is rapid, and Pepe is fairly good too (better/faster then Lescott). I kept losing/drawing quite alot of my games to Real, and some to Barca. I gave in, and switched to real for a while. I only lost one game in that time.

Stupidly over powered team. I prefer them to Barca even, though they're just as bad.

Bioshock > an arrow to the knee.

Bioshock better then Skyrim? I believe you - Skyrim is a bad game (or at least not a great one). However, Bioshock just reminded me a bit of Half-life and Fallout, not really my kind of game. I don't like games where it's not fairly obvious where to go. Plus, for some reason, it seems to be one of the very few games which gives me motion sickness. Sad, but true! Battlefield 3- The fvcking USAS-12 !!!

SO much!!!

I also use Leicester a vast majority of the time, I rarely use 4/5 star teams as I think the games are more competitive with lesser teams, so to speak. The Madrid/Barcà love in is quite frankly ridiculous.

Often accompanied by cries of, "Noooooooooooooooo, don't run toward the rocket laun... come ba ... don't stand on the mines!"

Or such like.

I've always been a massive fan of the Grand Theft Auto series ever since I got a demo of the original, and I loved GTA4, but the amount of socialising you had to do was ridiculous. I don't mind a game of pool or watching some stand-up comedy every now and then, but it felt like every few minutes, you'd get a phone call, "Let's go bowling, cousin". Then you'd have to drive all the way across the city and back again to keep your friend onside. P1SS OFF!

Agreed!

Also lack of save points in GTA during missions! 99% of a mission done and die... 20 mins to get back. Again, and again and again :@

Fifa Street - World Tour, Hard mode. Sh*t teams like QPR, Bolton, Fulham don't even use the skills and that, just pass it round me and score whilst i'm trying to make the most of this game!

Just because my team isn't that good!

Ok.

I'm only going to mention a couple of games because I could literally write books on this topic.

Fallout NV -

Got solidly into this for a month, compiled a save together of 49 hours of well refined tactics and grinding and then it suddenly crashes, and now crashes anytime I try to load it.

Gears of War 3 -

I literally love the Gears series, and mustve spent months of my life playing them alltogether.

Anyway, I completed it on normal alone, and then saw I could get a huge amount of achievements by then going online and completing it again in 4 player Co-op. So I go ahead with that, to the point of being two chapters away from doing the whole campaign forever.

So, I was less than an hour away from glory. I decided to chill from the grind of the campaign for abit and played online, finished that and turned it off.

Turned it on the next day to complete it, and to my absolute horror, all of my save data had been reset. Not fully understanding fault, I tried t9 jump into a game to see if it would reload my work and it didnt.

Turns out it was a fault that had been about since Gears 2, and i could've fixed it hadnt I have tried to make it reload when I found out and nothing I could now do.

Havnt played it since it happened (December)

And THAT is why I always save to alternating save slots. The worst you have to go back is where you started that day.

I had a problem like this, it would just stay on the loading screen in till it crashed. Looked it up and there's an easy fix, make a new game, just to the point when it auto saves. After it auto saves, you should be able to load your manual save from the part of your game that you're already playing.

I tried that when it happened m8 !

It just seemed to try loading for 10mins, and then crash.

Il give it another go inabit.

-----------------------

Just tried it aaaaaand it didn't even let me wait . . . It just crashed on cue.

Im on 360 btw

Might try to move my save onto a PC and edit it.

I only payed £6 for it, but 50 hours and my Yuki Abe save . . . Sigh
