Yeah but he is plain shit is he the sort of player than can get a team promoted? NO he isn't we need to move on from the mediocrity and I would include Gallagher and Wellens in that bracket.

Sorry he ain't upto it so free the wage up n pay a fit young talented guy that will make a real difference. Howard, Gallagher and Wellens should be shipped out - save some money (none of them will be on low wages) and get some quality in.

Do you honestly think he'd be paid 20k per week at his age and for one more year? I'd predict prob between 5-10k tops But I'd let him go now for sure..

I think it should be adios to the big man.., I'm a loyal supporter of Pearson but if Howard signs another contract it will be, at best, very strange IMO.

Don't factor Svens nonsense ( or the board when Sven was in charge) even into the equation. Sven and the board obviously sanctioned some ridiculous transfer fees and salaries. I think Pearson is too canny to not realise that he will be out of a job if he spends the money that Sven did without the correct outcome.
