What a load of self-entitled wankers most people are Yes we need to win, yes we should be winning but we haven't taken our chances & been punished, that's what happens in football Wonder what Reading & Blackpool fans said when they both got played off the park by Posh a couple of weeks ago as they both lost 3-1 there? We're not very good, we haven't been since NP left & Sousa came in barring a spell of exciting, but ultimately not good enough loanees who for just 4 games looked world-beaters last Febuary before they crumbled & failed badly. Wrong choices have been made at the top level, but no one blames them because they've been generous enough to mortgage the clubs future on their own vanity project & we will continue to pay the price until there's some continuity & some of these talented but ultimately useless players are shipped off their astronomical wage bill & we get players in who want to play for the club & will die for each-other. Roll on May-to-August Our fans aren't aresholes. I'd say the level of expectation is about right in line with what has been spent and what we've been consantly told by the board, the manager and all the players. They can't have it both ways. The image, the media bollocks, NP's bullsh it ... none of it matches up with reality. On the pitch we are very ordinary. By all means be a good little fan and just accept it (remember to pay your money) - I'll have a personality and a viewpoint which I came up with all on my own thanks. You can keep your narrow minded bullsh it and image of how a proper fan should behave. I'm a supporter - but I'm not just a normal customer. I'll be a LCFC long after NP's next pay off, long after all these players have fled the sinking ship. So basically, bollocks to you. We think differently, but I base my opinion on my own observations and some knowledge of football - yours is, from what you say, based on what you think it is to be a good football fan. Enjoy that!

We have no team bonding whatsoever. I'm not saying lets have another clear out and start again, I'm saying lets get rid of the prima donnas, stop spending money on showboaters (although i think this will stop with pearson) and sign some genuine prospects like Marshall

Plus he has made 3 signings, and it's not as if our squad was poor beforehand. I'l always believe that a manager should be given an entire season, however I'm not impressed.

The People's Hero Posted 31 March 2012 Posted 31 March 2012 Yes we were, but Sven had been here a year and spent over £20m in that time. Pearson as had half that time and spent a heck of a lot less. See the difference? Not really, no? Pearson has still had the benefit of Sven's spending. If I spent £20 million on my house and then gave it to you for nothing, you'd still benefit from my spending. Even if you spent nothing on it, it ought to be pretty good. A few of those big purchases seem to be in the side today Whatsmore, NP took the job, knowing the aim would be playoffs at least and was confident of this. NP is failing. You can obviously have your own view on who to point the finger at, but NP wouldn't have taken the job if he didn't think he could achieve (unless he was thinking of the pay off, which I just don't believe) - so there are agreed aims and unless those aims are to regularly fail to beat very mediocre championship sides, then I'd say NP was failing.

Find it strange how people are calling for NP head, in my view chopping and changing does not help. Roll on next season.

The players don't make a team... any idiot can see that, the balance added by the signings of Drinky & Marshall have aided us & prior today are right up there as one of the form sides of the division since the January defeat to Barnsley This work needs to continue & if we're still floundering in mid-table during the international break in October I expect a change to be made, but any change before then is just ridiculous
