(By order or urgancy 1) Gallagher - Too weak in the tackle, doesnt cover enough gound and delivery from corners and free kicks is consistantly poor. 2) Mills - Bad egg 3) Howard - Times up 4) Weale - We need a competitive understudy for Kaspar 5) Peltier - Faded badly second half of the season, maybe got too comfy as he has no competition? That'll do, If we replaced Gally and Howard with better players we'd be almost there IMO.
