Never lurked. Set up my account and couldn't log on for a couple of weeks due to mental password block, and laziness, but moved over after BBC 606 went in the van to go live on the farm. I was on there previously from its previous form and on there far too much for my own good.

As you'll gather from the OS, some people didn't post their first post when they immediately signed up. I was suggesting that using your original date of sign-up, if you remembered how long you waited to post you could find it that way. If you didn't wait then it should be relatively easy.

So I woke up today with a hangover and discovered I had joined a Leicester City Forum.

Brilliant.

Apart from the Swansea game I've experieced most of the season so far through the official site and the bbc. So now I'm here I thought I would ask for your opinions on the players and team after 15 games of the season.

Who are the stars, the unsung heroes, the donkeys and what's happened to the likes of Dyer and Adams?

we moved house about 5 years ago and only a few weeks ago I found out that my new(ish) next door neighbour has exactly he same first and surname as me apart from just ONE letter difference!

I only found out cos I got sent a new blackberry in the post randomly, I thought I had somehow won it and was just about to flog it on eBay when he knocked on the door asking if it had been dropped off at my house!

That was my first post in the Coincidence thread, turns out the first line was a lie...

I wonder what happened to that nutter who claimed he was an agent and was obsessed with Dan Petrescu and hated NP. I remember he went to the lengths of writing an fake newspaper article, littered with spelling mistakes about NP snubbing us and taking over at Aberdeen!! I think he had about 3 separate accounts at one point, all coincidentally mentioned Dan Petrescu in every post. He also claimed he wrote a letter to Susan Whelan to convince her to consider Dan Petrescu for the managers job.

Edit: I lie he claimed to be a scout not an agent.

I joined after we beat Forest the other year at home. I googled to try and find highlights and ended up in a thread called "Forest excuses" or something like that and thought it was quite funny so joined.

And I thought more people deserve the chance to appreciate my opinion on everything.

So this was my first proper post, a day after I joined:

Doing it at home to Leeds would be perfect.

They have been hyped up as a 'big club'. But they need to realise that they are not and come back down to Earth.

The icing on the cake would be to end their promotion push. Imagine if we won the title at home against them and stopped them getting to the play-offs. Oh how sweet that would be!!!

I think it got deleted within minutes of him posting it. He obviously had zero information on anything within the club, he was just hedging his bets that NP wouldn't come here and he'd be proved right. I think he was taking a bit of a punt though with the Aberdeen thing.

When it became clear that they weren't gonna return I did a quick search of alternatives (used to go on forfoxsake too for a while) I stumbled upon FT and liked what I saw.

Pretty much joined straight away and despite only posting relatively infrequently I still have a butchers most days.

Oh yeah! I forgot all about the official site's boards. I used to post on there sometimes. I think I went to 606 when that closed down, but it was a pain. As far as I can remember, you couldn't post instantly, and each comment had to go into quarantine before it appeared. I think I visited here a few times before I joined.
