Wayward Pines, first 2 episodes have been ok

Just watched them. I hope it isn't one of those series which go on forever and we never find out why or he never gets out.

Anyone seen the American Office?

Just finished watching it and a lot of people say its better than the English one, I think its too different!

What makes the UK one so great is that it's so painfully dry and realistic!

It's miles better than the English version IMO, once it becomes its own show. Michael, Jim, Dwight and Pam are so much better than David, Tim, Gareth and Dawn, they have a better chemistry and better jokes.

It's a superb show until the last couple of seasons, where unfortunately it drops off a cliff. The first 7 are great though.

Thispercussion band are good. Pity they  haven't  entered Eurovision.

 

First time I watched it all the way throuhj for a few years. Some OK songs.

White Dee got the first 12. At least UK hasnt got noix pun Italy were doing well.

At  least we were  not last. Perhaps Europe is not ready for a twenties revival/

I'm not really into fantasy/sci fi type things. Would GOT likely not be my thing?

 

It's essentially The Sopranos in a fantasy setting, so if you like that you'll like this too. There's not actually that much 'high fantasy' - magic, fantastic beasts and the like - it's more about lots of people trying to fvck each other over. And fvck each other, too.

Just started The Wire (I know).  Seeing/hearing the HBO 'TV-static' intro without the GOT music afterwards made me feel uneasy. 1/10 so far.

Started watching Suits, brilliant

Just finished season one, I like it but I'm not sure for how long I'll be able to stick at it. The stories are all a bit convenient, oh look here's another problem which we'll wangle out of with ease. One minute they've got morals, the next minute they are breaking and entering and kidnapping people.

 

Finished watching Fargo, that was pretty good and worth a watch.

Watched the 3 Longmire series - enjoyed them.

 

Watching Blacklist season 2. It's okay but only a time filler whilst I search for a decent series.

I'm watching" Turn", an American Revolution era series and"Wayward Pines" which is similar to the Prisoner. Both are okay but nothing special.

Did you stick with Backstrom. I enjoyed it but looks as though Fox have dropped it  so now up to Netflix or someone to pick up a second season.
