Absolutely, for such a big club they're totally dwarfed in that group. It'll be really interesting to see how PSG and AC Milan fair in their groups too, seriously under performing at the moment.
Tielemans63 Posted 30 August 2012 Posted 30 August 2012 I'm not sure City will qualify tbh. Madrid are obviously decent but don't underestimate Dortmund, they are quality - better than Bayern and they battered City last year (at the Allianz).

(not including Group D fixtures) Arsenal v Montpellier Chelsea v Juventus Bayern v Lille Barcelona v Celtic I'd love it if they could but I can't see an Ajax upset, they're so financially dwarfed and have become a feeder club to the rest of Europe lately.

The Westfalenstadion will be one very tough place to visit and Real were going to be favourites in any group they were drawn in. Ajax can be pretty much ruled out unfortunately but Man City's progression in this company is very far from guaranteed. I'm a bit disappointed by Celtic's draw though, very little chance of them progressing in that company. They may snatch third though, where they'll end up being a threat in the Europa League.
