Guest MattP Posted 20 September 2012 Posted 20 September 2012 Two more goals for Lionel Messi last night. But with three of Barca's back four currently injured, it could be a rocky few weeks for Vilanova. Yeah, 8 points clear already and with that squad I bet he's shitting it.
Kitchandro Posted 20 September 2012 Posted 20 September 2012 That Oscar goal was great but why do SSN have to make out it's the greatest goal ever? And it's nothing like Bergkamp's goal, I don't know why they brought that up. Another goodun was Spartak Moscow's second against Barca. If Chelsea had scored that they'd be going on about it for weeks.

The third goal at us was sublime, given the stage of the match as well.
Fmfox Posted 20 September 2012 Posted 20 September 2012 Oscar goal for anyone who didn't see it nearly as good as marshalls there last season

Yeh they did mean that one, they seemed to be comparing it in similarity and jot just quality, which I found strange. Yeh the one against us and the one against Argentina which was very similar were his best.
purpleronnie Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 AMAZING. to all those who said Celtic wouldnt win a game.
Corky Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 That is a wonderful result for Celtic. I thought they'd seriously struggle to get even a point. Four from the first two games is a brilliant start and should help them at least to finish third.
purpleronnie Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 People might stop slagging scottish football.....for a small amount of time anyway.
Guest MattP Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 People might stop slagging scottish football.....for a small amount of time anyway. It's shite, they got a win as they managed to play against ten men for a decent amount of time. They'll still have to get something in Benfica.

Its shite but with 4pts from 2 games, plenty of unshite teams would like that....compared to size of other countries they ceratinly arent shite...but people will say it just because they're english and feel the need to slag them off....pretty boring really.
Guest MattP Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 First away win in European Cup since 1986. I think the reputation is deserved of being shit. 4points from 2 is great, it's probably 4 from 4 really when you have two games v Barca to come. Will come down to Benfica v Celtic, if they go to that game and get something I'll give them credit.

So a nation as small as celtic beating moscow away isnt worthy of your credit I'm sure they'll be devastated. plenty of nations as small as scotland havent a good history in europe, the fact rangers and celtic have both made european finals in the last decade is of great merit. Infact the same amount of english teams have made europa league finals...oh but wait we really dont care about that.

Scotland send their tops sides every now and then to a Europa final, we send our top sides to Champions League finals on a regular basis. You really think Barca, AC, Real etc would be bothered about the Europa League? You would struggle to remember the last time an English side played a full first team in the Europa every week
Danizen Posted 2 October 2012 Posted 2 October 2012 They need to bin Evra. He's a fooking joke. Played shit for a lot of last season, too. I was expecting Fergie to sign Baines, over the summer.
Jaspa Posted 3 October 2012 Posted 3 October 2012 Puyol's arm break was ****ing awful. Elbow dislocation Very painful, but shouldnt be out for too long
21st Century Fox Posted 3 October 2012 Posted 3 October 2012 Elbow dislocation Very painful, but shouldnt be out for too long Oh right, I was going by the description on Youtube It looked disgusting either way, when he kind of rolls over and there's a lifeless arm under him.
Corky Posted 3 October 2012 Posted 3 October 2012 AMAZING. to all those who said Celtic wouldnt win a game. Was it such an absurd claim, given their recent European performances and the group they were drawn into?
Guest MattP Posted 3 October 2012 Posted 3 October 2012 Dortmund are some side, playing our champions off the pitch here.
