Guest Bilo Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 I'm 99.9% certain that rumour was started by someone off FT as a joke. As a joke? You overestimate the FT transfer forum in the summer.
Finnegan Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 As a joke? You overestimate the FT transfer forum in the summer. Pretty sure it was shoved on Football Rumours as a result of the FM 2009 (I think? 9? 10?) obsession with him.
MC Prussian Posted 24 April 2013 Author Posted 24 April 2013 I'm waiting for Grewks to come on here with his "United are better than Dortmund" claptrap.
Carl the Llama Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 I'm waiting for Grewks to come on here with his "United are better than Dortmund" claptrap. Utd have won the prem TWENTY times. How many times have Dortmund won it?
Finnegan Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 Utd have won the prem TWENTY times. How many times have Dortmund won it? Marco Reus alone has twenty five Premierships.
MC Prussian Posted 24 April 2013 Author Posted 24 April 2013 Marco Reus alone has twenty five fifty Premierships.
Guest MattP Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 I really hope Dortmund win the final. What fans they have, what a club, everything about them is perfect. Fcuk Bayern, bullies. And Robben and Ribery, bet neither of them have shagged a girl over the age of 16.
Finnegan Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 There'll inevitably be one or two reactionary kids jumping on an anti-Dortmund bandwagon soon enough, bemoaning "Dortmund bummers" and celebrating bitterly every time they aren't immense but I'm yet to actually meet someone in the flesh that's not hugely impressed by what Klopp's achieved there. They work so insanely hard it's unbelievable. Bags of pace and effort, honest football, few shenanigans, a bit of flair and a lethal touch. They remind me of Eto'o era Barca or Wenger's invincibles. Direct but skilful football.
ScouseFox Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 I wanted Real to win but like everyone else I love a bit of Dortmund. And Lewandowski due to fm08/09 connections. Great night of football, joy to watch. This final is gonna be something, Bayern are probably just about the better of the teams but like Chelsea last year you just get the feeling something is happening here and Dortmund might just do it. They said from the group stage this is their year, and with Gotze going, Lewandowski apparently going etc this is their year. Feel for Ronnie though. You could have Ronaldo, Messi, Falcao and Lewandowski up top but you'd still get fúcked over if you had Ramos, Pepe and Coentrao in defence.
shen Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 Lewandowski just confirmed going to Bayern next year... They're doing what they've done since forever: A rival? No problem, just buy their best players and get on with it.
HEGGSY Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 You've gotta love Dortmund. Seems like the power has shifted from Spain to Germany. Dortmund!!!! Would love to see this fantastic club win the CL. Amazing.
Guest Bilo Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 Ever had a gif give you goosebumps? No? How about now?
ACF Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 Can honestly say that Dortmund have been my favourite team outside of Leicester for a couple if years now, and am going to love watching them smash Bayern in the final!
Guest MattP Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 If it's half as good as last year's Cup final we are in for a treat.
C-man Posted 25 April 2013 Posted 25 April 2013 I read some tool on Twitter (deputy editor of goal.com, whoever they are) say the following that made me laugh: "@carlogarganese: We are seeing a new era of football. Teams who press the most win. Technique and tactics don't matter. I think it's sad & not natural" lol I'm actually going to Madrid next Tuesday, couldn't have asked for a better first leg scoreline. Nur der BVB!
MC Prussian Posted 25 April 2013 Author Posted 25 April 2013 As if watching Barcelona's tiki-taka wasn't strenuous enough to watch in the past few years... BVB olé, olé!!
MC Prussian Posted 25 April 2013 Author Posted 25 April 2013 Utd have won the prem TWENTY times. How many times have Dortmund won it? Last time I checked, Dortmund wasn't playing in the Premier League. Unless they've been accepted into the division and it completely went underneath my radar, that is.
Finnegan Posted 25 April 2013 Posted 25 April 2013 Last time I checked, Dortmund wasn't playing in the Premier League. Unless they've been accepted into the division and it completely went underneath my radar, that is. Pst, Alex, it was a joke.
MC Prussian Posted 25 April 2013 Author Posted 25 April 2013 Pst, Alex, it was a joke. I know - I'm trying to find out what kingfox banter is like.
purpleronnie Posted 25 April 2013 Posted 25 April 2013 Just hope the wembley stewards dont ruin it.
