Guest MattP Posted 30 April 2013 Posted 30 April 2013 Cristiano Ronaldo Vs Dortmund: Shot accuracy - 16.6% Pass Accuracy - 53% Goals/Assists - 0/0 Dispossessed - 3 Gave the ball away - 21 times That's what you call a bad night Think that's the worst game I've ever seen on the big stage by a player of his class.
Super_horns Posted 1 May 2013 Posted 1 May 2013 Real did have their chances early on but despite the late goals Dortmund looked quite comfortable after the first 20 minutes or so.
Manwell Pablo Posted 1 May 2013 Posted 1 May 2013 Think that's the worst game I've ever seen on the big stage by a player of his class. He was embarrasing last night, really didn't show up at all, reminded me of some of his inept performances for Portugal down the years.
MC Prussian Posted 1 May 2013 Author Posted 1 May 2013 He was embarrasing last night, really didn't show up at all, reminded me of some of his inept performances for Portugal down the years. That's a bit harsh on Ronaldo. The three fixtures so far showed how easily Real Madrid and Barcelona fail when their superstars aren't up for it or injured. I believe both Dortmund and Bayern are more a collective as such, where the team as a unit can compensate more effectively for respective absences.
David Guiza Posted 1 May 2013 Posted 1 May 2013 Amazes me the amount of people who are quick to criticize the likes of Messi, Ronaldo or even RVP for one bad game. Not necessarily on here, but twitter etc. They are only human, and suffer bad patches in form in the same way that some of the greatest ever have. I'm fairly certain Maradona, Woods, Jordan, Federer etc have had off days. Was personally very impressed by Luca Modric last night, thought he was the pick of the bunch for Real anyway. Should be a cracking final either way, and what a force Bayern are gonna be with Pep, Gotze and perhaps Lewandoski to come. Can't see United or City coming close.
SystonFox Posted 1 May 2013 Posted 1 May 2013 jealousy is what it is. simple as that. people lay into those players cos they are jealous their own team doesn't own a talent like it

Woods was still able to score though .

People are just calling it as it is. Ronaldo was absolutely woeful last night, he produced a performance so bad I didn't even thinkhe was capable of.
Samilktray Posted 1 May 2013 Posted 1 May 2013 Ronaldo has a bad game and people make him sound like Emile Heskey.
AKCJ Posted 1 May 2013 Posted 1 May 2013 Messi on the bench Dammit. Was just about to post that. I hereby state that Barca have no chance.
Jaspa Posted 1 May 2013 Posted 1 May 2013 Is he injured? Guess so, its either that or he's ran out of them pills Think it'll be tight tonight
Haydos Posted 1 May 2013 Posted 1 May 2013 Anyone got any good quality SS1 streams for tonight? I'm out of the footy streaming loop at the mo.
EnderbyFox Posted 1 May 2013 Posted 1 May 2013 With Bartra and Adriano starting in defense I can see Bayern scoring atleast once..
ScouseFox Posted 1 May 2013 Posted 1 May 2013 Gotta agree with G Nev here, why isn't Messi playing? He's clearly not that injured if he's on the bench, and it's not like they have anything else to play for this season, the league is all but won and they're out the cup.
Haydos Posted 1 May 2013 Posted 1 May 2013 http://popstreams.eu/stream3.html Found one. Gotta agree with G Nev here, why isn't Messi playing? He's clearly not that injured if he's on the bench, and it's not like they have anything else to play for this season, the league is all but won and they're out the cup. Playing 90 mins is a lot different to playing 20? If I had the best player in the world and he could manage 20 mins I'd stick him on the bench.
Tielemans63 Posted 1 May 2013 Posted 1 May 2013 Can't we have this bloke as our chairman? Amen! Although it's not quite comparable as £2 mill is a lot for us - Bayern are ridiculously rich. Principle remains though.
21st Century Fox Posted 1 May 2013 Posted 1 May 2013 Can't we have this bloke as our chairman? You know he's currently being investigated for tax fraud in Germany?
AKCJ Posted 1 May 2013 Posted 1 May 2013 Amen! Although it's not quite comparable as £2 mill is a lot for us - Bayern are ridiculously rich. Principle remains though. Thats the question. Would you rather pay that much less or watch a team without that 2m investment?
