Guest Bilo Posted 7 November 2012 Posted 7 November 2012 Unbelievable result this, hats off to Celtic.
purpleronnie Posted 7 November 2012 Posted 7 November 2012 Its another fook you to all the scottish football haters out there.
ScouseFox Posted 7 November 2012 Posted 7 November 2012 I still can't believe it's taken this long for any club who plays Barcelona to just stick a strong and quick striker on Mascherano and tear him to fúcking pieces. Tony Watt is, by all accounts a decent prospect, but Mascherano has made him look like the birthchild of Didier Drogba and Cristiano Ronaldo in their respective primes.
purpleronnie Posted 7 November 2012 Posted 7 November 2012 Could be yet another week of CL games with no english team winning. you know messi had to score.
ScouseFox Posted 7 November 2012 Posted 7 November 2012 Lennon to Forster: "You're fackin beautiful, I love ya!!"
Bugg Posted 7 November 2012 Posted 7 November 2012 Fraser Forster was absolutely phenominal tonight in goal. Why the referee didn't send off Mascherano before barca got their goal was astonishing, if Barcelona had got it back to 2-2 he would have had some serious explaining to do.
ScouseFox Posted 7 November 2012 Posted 7 November 2012 Could be yet another week of CL games with no english team winning. . Chelsea win and United take the lead.
purpleronnie Posted 7 November 2012 Posted 7 November 2012 . Chelsea win and United take the lead. I did say could.
Yojoe36 Posted 7 November 2012 Posted 7 November 2012 . Chelsea win and United take the lead. Fvck United. They play shite and get a peno. Typical. Hate 'em
Super_horns Posted 7 November 2012 Posted 7 November 2012 Chelsea needed that late winner badly. Excellent result and performance from Celtic.
Tielemans63 Posted 7 November 2012 Posted 7 November 2012 Unbelievable result for Celtic. Great for Scottish footy after a terrible 12 months or so.
Carl the Llama Posted 7 November 2012 Posted 7 November 2012 Unbelievable result for Celtic. Great for Scottish footy after a terrible 12 months or so. Don't like to be that guy but this could just be a pleasant distraction what with the goings ons at Hearts.
Corky Posted 7 November 2012 Posted 7 November 2012 Celtic played brilliantly tonight, two great finishes.
BlueSi13 Posted 7 November 2012 Posted 7 November 2012 Its another fook you to all the scottish football haters out there. Yes, you love Scottish football and Celtic, we get it. Great result for them though! EDIT: Especially considering they had just 11% possession during the game Was watching the Chelsea - Shakhtar Donetsk game and Chelsea were extremely lucky, Shakhtar had numerous chances to bury them, they look a decent side to me.
AKCJ Posted 8 November 2012 Posted 8 November 2012 Its another fook you to all the scottish football haters out there. Cracking result and all. But i'm not sure how that's 'another **** you'? Scottish football minus Celtic is a joke!
z-layrex Posted 8 November 2012 Posted 8 November 2012 Its another fook you to all the scottish football haters out there. How is it? The SPL is still a ****ing joke, Celtic getting a stupidly lucky win or not.
21st Century Fox Posted 8 November 2012 Posted 8 November 2012 It all got a bit too much for Rod.....
Fox in the North Posted 8 November 2012 Posted 8 November 2012 It all got a bit too much for Rod..... To be fair if Leicester ever beat Barca in a competitive match I would be going absolutely mental.
Finnegan Posted 8 November 2012 Posted 8 November 2012 To be fair if Leicester ever beat Barca in a competitive match I would be going absolutely mental. Isn't he a Chelsea fan?
FoxyPV Posted 8 November 2012 Posted 8 November 2012 Hernandez did as much as he could to miss that shot and got lucky.
purpleronnie Posted 8 November 2012 Posted 8 November 2012 How is it? The SPL is still a ****ing joke, Celtic getting a stupidly lucky win or not. obviously not. muppet. Anyway, here's a pic of the tifo, fan funded...I read cost 16k.
Manwell Pablo Posted 8 November 2012 Posted 8 November 2012 obviously not. muppet. Anyway, here's a pic of the tifo, fan funded...I read cost 16k. It's not a great standard lets be honest. I don't like it when people call it a joke but at least half of the SPL wouldn't look out of place in League One and the old firm edge that used to give it at least a bit of grit is now gone. And fair play to them for winning but someone was smiling down on Celtic last night. 33% possesion having 3 shots all night, 2 of which came from the 2 corners they managed to win in the entire game and one from a defensive F8ck up, and two out of the three end up going in. Barcelona on the other hand dominate the game and have 25 shots 14, of which were on target, 2 of which hit the woodwork and they only score 1, on another day it could of been 10-2 Foster deserved his MOTM award . As I say well done to them but I'm afraid last nights victory was down to a decent goal keeping display and pure luck than Celtic proving anything about Scottish football.
purpleronnie Posted 8 November 2012 Posted 8 November 2012 For the size of population i think the standards decent, and celtic have one of the best home records in the CL......not to shabby.
