fleckneymike Posted 2 September 2012 Posted 2 September 2012 I think Holloway's lack of hair also had an impact on the referee's decision - it has no charisma whatsoever, Nigel's trim is clearly more impressive. I agree, it's an all too frequently overlooked aspect of the modern game.
Fox92 Posted 2 September 2012 Posted 2 September 2012 I always thought he looked like Buzz Lightyear.
fleckneymike Posted 2 September 2012 Posted 2 September 2012 Chris Packam is modelling a very poor imitation on Country file. Just raises further questions about what the licence fee is for.
Pst Posted 2 September 2012 Posted 2 September 2012 Nigel's hair photoshop comp. 3...2...1....GO! OK!
lavrentis Posted 2 September 2012 Posted 2 September 2012 Always though Nigel would suit a Fellaini 'fro I'm not very good with Photoshop Who
Harry - LCFC Posted 2 September 2012 Posted 2 September 2012 I agree, it's an all too frequently overlooked aspect of the modern game. Indeed, having a good haircut has become a necessity in football matches these days. I'm surprised Konchesky hasn't received multiple red cards already this season, his infinite baldness must frustrate match officials no end.
Guest Col city fan Posted 2 September 2012 Posted 2 September 2012 "mmm those Mach 3's really do give a good close shave"
MikeyT Posted 2 September 2012 Posted 2 September 2012 Nigel's hair photoshop comp. 3...2...1....GO! Nigel smiling!! I didn't even know he had teeth!
Stig the Lawnmower Posted 2 September 2012 Author Posted 2 September 2012 What is the matter with some people? This topic is ridiculous! For God's sake, what about something relevant to the game, instead of puerile drivel? just fed up with the Beckford threads
fox in the sox Posted 2 September 2012 Posted 2 September 2012 This is a disgrace. I started a really important thread about untucked shirts and it was locked. This lightweight topic is still going though. Right I'm going to storm off in a huff like Holloway.
Leicester_Numan Posted 2 September 2012 Posted 2 September 2012 "mmm those Mach 3's really do give a good close shave" What did I say a week or so ago about Pearson's square hair cut? This thread was only a matter of time
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 3 September 2012 Posted 3 September 2012 If you analyse it carefully, you'll notice the curvature of the cut boosts aerodynamics, while the overall neatness of the hair minimises air-resistance. This equates to an incredible headbutting ability - I doubt Pearson has anything other in mind when he visits his personal military barber
Fox42 Posted 3 September 2012 Posted 3 September 2012 Next time I'm going to the barber's, when they ask me what i want done I'm gonna show them a pic of Pearson. I always wanted my hair pulled back like that.
skinnydipper Posted 3 September 2012 Posted 3 September 2012 As bristly as an interview with Stringer.
Bobcat Posted 3 September 2012 Posted 3 September 2012 Is it just me or with more hair does he look like patric stewart? (if he had hair ofcourse...)
CloudFox Posted 3 September 2012 Posted 3 September 2012 Indeed, having a good haircut has become a necessity in football matches these days. Harry - LCFC Posted 3 September 2012 Posted 3 September 2012 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nsD4UK_-jeE Excellent vid But yes, sadly football has developed a certain level of discrimination against those without hair. Only a matter of time before the ref deems it necessary to suspend Konch for the entire season I'm afraid.
marty78 Posted 3 September 2012 Posted 3 September 2012 I think Nige has a beautifully shape head and the sort of no nonsense hairstyle any man should be proud to sport. The superimposed hairstyles in this thread prove his mannequin like qualities. I have often heard him called a dummy, presumably in reference to his wonderful head shape.
