Tom17LCFC Posted 7 October 2012 Posted 7 October 2012 I'd usually go for someone like Wes or Danny. Both consistent, been quality so far this season, and been here for nearly a year. I think there's something special about Knockaert though even though he's only played about 5 games, genuinely think we have a top, top class player on our hands here so I've gone with him.

Although big wes has done an amazing job at shoring up the defense and of course leading the lads, my vote goes to Drinky, he has been stunning this season in the center of the park, keep it up Danny!

Whenever I saw him play for Forest I thought he was a big, slow, lump of a player but he's been consistent since day one here and he's been outstanding since getting the captains armband

Dan Posted 7 October 2012 Posted 7 October 2012 I just can't look past Knockaert, it's very easy to just go with the more FLAIR player, you've got signings like Drinkwater, Morgan and Marshall who've all been good ones but Knockaert really is one of the most exciting players I've seen us have in years. He's got an absolutely giant future if he wants it badly enough.

However I arrived at the decision for Morgan as he has been a consistent performer, whereas its too early to tell with Knocky whether he will go through a patch where he will be found out or underperform, and with Marshal he has not been as good as last season so far IMO. If Knocky carries on as he is I will have to change my vote however!
