We all like different things, and while I wouldn't expect your family to let you watch every football match, this is the FA cup final! There's gotta be compromise, I'm sure if you said all soaps where banned things would kick off! I couldn't live with people like that. Sorry rant over!

I think he was being sarcastic as wigan are often referred to as tinpot. I'm with you if there was any word I would love to get rid of its tinpot, it seems everything thesedays is tinpot.
