kingfox Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Thought Everton were going for Mackay. I'll be glad to see the back of Mancini. Dreadful manager. Now Martinez has won this, I think Everton might go for him. Still Mackay is a good up and coming manager though. Stop deleting my post admin and message me you ****!! stop bullying Dan
Happy Fox Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Why is it 'sickening'? The club is run very well, I'm pleased for Dave. Because we could of been there if we had treated the competition seriously but oh well such is life.
Fox92 Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Because we could of been there if we had treated the competition seriously but oh well such is life.True. Would have we won away at Everton though? We were closer last season when we lost to Chelsea.
kingfox Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Because we could of been there if we had treated the competition seriously but oh well such is life. Oh you have turned to your unhappy self. Was yesterday a rare happy day?
Webbo Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 True. Would have we won away at Everton though? We were closer last season when we lost to Chelsea. Do you think we'd have beaten Wigan then?
Jon the Hat Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Beat Spurs Arsenal and Man City to win the FA Cup and you deserve it.
z-layrex Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 So happy for Wigan. For once the boring glory boy team don't go home with the trophy.
Fox92 Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Do you think we'd have beaten Wigan then? No, I actually forgot about that when I posted. With our form at the time though, we might have given them abit of a game- more than Huddersfield did anyway.
Webbo Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Personally I was hoping for a Man City win. The fact that we've never won it but a club like Wigan have doesn't reflect very well on us imo.
Haydos Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Personally I was hoping for a Man City win. The fact that we've never won it but a club like Wigan have doesn't reflect very well on us imo. Very arrogant. We don't deserve it any more than they do.
Webbo Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Very arrogant. We don't deserve it any more than they do. I never said we did.
Corky Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 What a day for Wigan, you can't take it away from them, even if they go down. That's what football is all about- glory, memorable moments. They win a cup, they take part in Europe, and thoroughly deserve to. Still so frustrating that we've never won this cup, what you'd give to swap places.

Could tomorrow be the start of a whole new era for Leicester City? Let's bloomin' hope so.
Guest BlueBrett Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Lee Dixon thinks it would be 'unfair' to sack Mancini!? What a joker. Millions of pounds a year in salary plus the world's biggest transfer kitty to deliver **** all whilst wearing a smug little smacked arse face. Yeah my heart really goes out to the bloke.
Corky Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 We'll win it one day. Could tomorrow be the start of a whole new era for Leicester City? Let's bloomin' hope so. I hope we do. Would live with us forever. And the Europa League would be fantastic to compete in.
Corky Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Should Wigan go down, would the Community Shield clash with the opening day of the Championship season? Because it usually starts a week before the Premier League.
Ross-Kemp Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Should Wigan go down, would the Community Shield clash with the opening day of the Championship season? Because it usually starts a week before the Premier League. Good point, maybe Wigan would open the season on the Friday night game and then play community shield on the Sunday ?
purpleronnie Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 worse thing about this is the wigan players can't really celebrate as they should due to their game on tuesday.
The Doctor Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 We'll win it one day. Could tomorrow be the start of a whole new era for Leicester City? Let's bloomin' hope so. And destroy our record in the process - we've reached the most finals without ever winning the bleeding thing.
Leicesterpool Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Huge credit to Wigan, just proves money doesn't buy you success. Still think they'll go down though!
Raj Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Im sure 99% of football fans are really happy for Wigan...a good club and proper owner(like the old blackburn).. This is what football is all about..seen the dons beat Scouse back in the day..this is up there...and they were both headers...well done Wigan...Now come on you blues !!!!!
purpleronnie Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Huge credit to Wigan, just proves money doesn't buy you success. Still think they'll go down though! Man city won the league thanks to the money. And whelan has bankrolled wigan int the premiership.
