Leicester v Derby Match Thread

They could have been 5-0 down by then... Wonder if we thought we'd pissed it, so we eased off.

First half of the 1st half.... and 2nd half of the second half we could have had about 10, in between then we just didn't seem to put the effort in, almost to our own cost

Fair point looking back. If not for their keeper, we could easily have been looking at another Ipswich.

I just think they woke up after the first 25 minutes and could easily have been drawing by half time.

thoroughly deserved.

Waggers was good, Nuge got two but Drinky was my motm.

blimey the way the commentators are talking you'd of thought Derby had won 4-1

They're certainly forgetting the first 25-30 minutes of the game, where we looked like nailed on promotion certainties at times and the commentators loved us.

Waggy MOTM. Any dissenters? I missed half an hour of game time (the bit where Derby played well coincidentally) but from what I've seen fair bloody play. Nice one Waggy. :chant:

Just finished my wank over Will Hughes, did anyone else think he was good?

Some guy called Don has a red willy now, that's for sure.

Barca are going to be after this will Hughes guy if they were listening to don goodman!!

Watch him be the next star, just like Nile ranger has turned out to be.

But have you had to use your A.K.?

I don't know, but today seems kinda odd

No barkin from the dog, no smog

And momma cooked a breakfast with no hog (damn)

Have I missed something? What exactly has Will Hughes done? He's been tidy.....but he's no game changer!!

He's 17.

Bizarre match. Played well and bad in extreme measures. Good result though. Nugent proved he is a natural goalscorer and Waghorn proved his worth as first choice partner of Nuge.

Incidentally, I think Hughes was very good for them. Will be a very competent player.

Still remain unconvinced by waghorn yes he played well but only when Nugent came on and was clinical did we see the game out that is the difference for me we missed him against Leeds and to a lesser extent at Sheffield Wednesday.
