VLC86 Posted 7 April 2013 Posted 7 April 2013 Got to admit I'm not impressed with Kane. When the rest of the subs were warming up against Barnsley at HT, he spent 10 mins talking to Ben Alnwick and then sat on the bench 5 mins early. To be fair to him I can see his thinking. He was offered other loans than us and obviously promised game time yet he's benched and then when he plays it's on the wing BUT he's a pro and needs to learn he can't have it his own way
Guest Col city fan Posted 7 April 2013 Posted 7 April 2013 Why after every game this forum, pinpoints a player, another thread that's bollocks, is this forum just full of bitchy girls on here?? Why does questioning what a player brings to the team imply 'bitchiness'? What the Fook are you going on about? This is a football forum!! What do you want us to say? That we adore every player at the club, unconditionally? Grow up...
Fox92 Posted 7 April 2013 Posted 7 April 2013 Where's the thread about Nugent? He didn't do much on the wing. Because he isn't a winger, is he? Hate seeing him play out wide.
Grewks Posted 7 April 2013 Posted 7 April 2013 This guy should not be ahead of Waggy with his recent performances. Nothing against the guy, but Waggy is ours and offers more.
Leicfox Posted 7 April 2013 Posted 7 April 2013 Pearson played him out of position, how he can be on in front of Knocky is scandalous.Should have got the three today thanks Nig . Millwall played Kane in the same position (left wing) early on in his loan with them so that's probably why Pearson thinks he can play there.
Manwell Pablo Posted 7 April 2013 Posted 7 April 2013 Slightly off topic but I have herd part of his loan condition is that he has to play some every game he is available for. Hence why he got on infront of Knockaert. In my opinion we'd be better off sending him back if that's the case.

I remember Vitor being dropped after being MOTM against Scunthorpe to make way for Bruma.
theessexfox Posted 7 April 2013 Author Posted 7 April 2013 Why after every game this forum, pinpoints a player, another thread that's bollocks, is this forum just full of bitchy girls on here?? A. See Col's response. B. See the date when the thread was made. C. Close the door as you leave.
Tielemans63 Posted 7 April 2013 Posted 7 April 2013 Pearson played him out of position, how he can be on in front of Knocky is scandalous.Should have got the three today thanks Nig . Racist.
Manwell Pablo Posted 7 April 2013 Posted 7 April 2013 Didn't something like that happen before with Jeffrey Bruma? I remember Vitor being dropped after being MOTM against Scunthorpe to make way for Bruma. Wouldn't surprise me to be honest. It's not exactly common but it's not an unusual condition,
Fox Ulike Posted 7 April 2013 Posted 7 April 2013 I thought Nuge played really well out wide. Linked up well, got back and defended, plus went forward to support Schlupp when he could. Plus we really benefitted from having Schlupps pace up top. Kane did OK when he come on, but really cant see the point of him. Would much rather of seen Dyer instead to help protect the lead.
Ricey Posted 7 April 2013 Posted 7 April 2013 Out of position or not, there's no excuse for sloppy basic passing, running the ball out for a goal kick under little pressure, not closing down and looking like he couldn't give a shit.
Legend_in_blue Posted 7 April 2013 Posted 7 April 2013 He needs to go back. I wouldn't have had him anywhere near the team in our league one season. One thing is for sure, based on what I've seen he's no chance of getting anywhere near the spurs first team.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 7 April 2013 Posted 7 April 2013 Norwich fans said h was crap and they were right

What 20 minutes of playing outta position?? He can't be that bad to get a new contract for spurs. I couldn't give rats ass how good or bad you think he is anyway. I was just saying the amount of negativity always on here,! especially after a good performance yesturday

HOWEVER, I don't rate Harry Kane. Is that good enough for you oh Happy Clapper?

Guest Col city fan Posted 7 April 2013 Posted 7 April 2013 Yes that's good enough for me now calm down, go and wash your hair or do ya nails or something lol I did my nails earlier and had a back, sack and crack.. So all good there..
Bluetintedspecs Posted 7 April 2013 Posted 7 April 2013 I did my nails earlier and had a back, sack and crack.. So all good there.. handbags?
Lambert09 Posted 8 April 2013 Posted 8 April 2013 When he plays, he plays for Harry! He just tries to make himself look good when he has the ball rather then playing for the team. It's another lingaard situation, Pearson is being to stubborn to say he got it wrong.
Leicester_Numan Posted 8 April 2013 Posted 8 April 2013 Kane will inevitably get unfair stick. If we played that lad centre forward, he would be raved about by our fans. He's being played painfully out of position. We also have to remember that this is probably the first time that he and all the other young players have experienced their own fans turning hostile. It's bound to affect them. They'll all come through it and be stronger for the experience
muzzy1981 Posted 8 April 2013 Posted 8 April 2013 Would much rather Waggy was getting a run again than Kane. People seem to forget how good Waggy was earlier in the season when he had a regular run, he's probably the only striker we have who has the ability to come deep take on his chest or to feet and lay it off.
