seenitall Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 What are the chances of Pearson being at another Championship club next season and getting promoted None - but he will be slowly building the team towards true mediocrity
Bluetintedspecs Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 I said this after the Sheffield Wednesday and Derby game. The players will have been fully aware of the pressure on Pearson, and the possibility of him losing his job if they didn`t perform, and they showed absolutely no sign of wanting to fight for him, and keep him in his job. That for me was very worrying, because if you don`t have the players behind you, you have no chance! I said the same after Wendy game too Smudger there was an aura about the players and ground that just wasn't right!
Munshi Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Get on with it, pearson or no pearson. We have another game on saturday, we are going to support leicester regardless. Might aswell do it without complaining.
Legend_in_blue Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 In this order for me MON RDM Lennon McDermott I'd go with this but I'd put Hughes in before McDermott.
johnny the fox Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 http://www.barnsleyfc.co.uk//news/article/masterclass-in-quality-flitcroft-01042013-746301.aspx? if your in any doubt, our expensive club were taught a lesson..
Ricky Hill Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Lennon is questionable, a lot of Celtic fans don't like him and now there's no Rangers, its a one team league.
LJS Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 I wouldn't touch Lennon. I'd approach O'Neill and Di Matteo first. They are most likely to say no but we have to ask them. McCarthy, Warnock, Coppell, and McDermott would make up the rest of my shortlist. All have won this league in recent years and all but one have won multiple promotions from this division during their careers.
halferowley2 Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 I wish we knew what had happened during the last 3 months, because something has clearly kicked-off with the players and NP and not in a positive way. I don't think NP has the ability or belief to get us going again. This is a real dismal performance against Barnsley and I could cry It all started to go wrong when they put them electronic advertisement in (ready for the premier) it was tempting fate and I reckon they all started to think that the premier was a given. So now its drifting away and neither the owners, the football management or the players know what to do and they need a leader
LCFC FOX Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Anyone but Mark Hughes. Would just spend loads and loads again
purpleronnie Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Lennon? seriously? Leaving a champions league team? get real!
buzzy Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 That makes no sense at all,In my opinion Pearson was shite months ago he's still shite, my opinion has never changed seems like you might be looking for justification to change yours, pathetic! i said that about pearson and got slated for it so im with you on your views and i will stick by it until that useless man gets the bullet
purpleronnie Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 In this order for me MON RDM Lennon McDermott well you've got no chance for the first 3.
sdb Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Our club is cursed I ****ing swear. Things are gonna get worse before they get better too.
buzzy Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 I'm immature? When you would sack a manager when the team was second in the league? why don't you just shut up. he made the point that he never rated np but gets slated but know its you np lovers who just don't know which way to turn know
Leicesterpool Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 How is Neil Lennon that special? cracking player when he was here but as manager not much of a CV! He's only managed Celtic in a pub league.
stevelcfc Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Amongst others, I'd like Gary Neville to have a chance, not that i think he'd even consider it.
Leicesterpool Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 If i was the leicester owners I do anything to get MON as for one: He'd sort this miss out (I hope!) and two: boost season ticket sales for next season. simples! The club should offer MON a offer he can't refuse plus give him a huge bonus if he fires us into the premier league within a year. Also convince him that Leicester will get into the champions league within six years.
budfox Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 The issue I have, with 6 games left after we lose at Barnsley today. Who do you replace him with? Serious question because half the names being banded around, are not the answer. We'd be better giving a temporary role to one of the existing coaching staff. You dont have to replace him with anyone.......yet. Its a pressure cooker situation and something needs to give. You cant get rid of 18 players, so NP will go and we will see if these players can get their acts back together.
Kitchandro Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 why don't you just shut up. he made the point that he never rated np but gets slated but know its you np lovers who just don't know which way to turn know You're an idiot. I'm not an NP lover, as I've said this evening if he went now I wouldn't be too bothered, depending on who we get in. But if you were against him in January, you're what they call an 'NP hater' or a 'cretinous mouthbreather'.
king richard 1066 Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 he should have gone three weeks ago that would of given us two weeks to find someone we have lost to many games and the only lucky thing going for us other teams are losing to, but this will not last.
