Fox92 Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 Third thread today? Yes our record against him/his teams is horrid, but we're better this season
FoxDownSouth Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 Cant stand that everyone is still bitter towards him! Give it a rest. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
KFS Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 Cant stand that everyone is still bitter towards him! Give it a rest. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I can, because:A) it was a retarded thing to do which he showed no remorse about; B) every time he scores against us, he's absolutely fvcking elated. The cheek.
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 I can, because: A) it was a retarded thing to do which he showed no remorse about; B) every time he scores against us, he's absolutely fvcking belated. Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 Sod off I just woke up Sorry,, could not resist!
davieG Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 I would be elated if he gets a belated move so he cannot play against us on sat.How do you know he showed no remorse? Of course he's elated after all the abuse he's taken from lcfc fans another instance of fans giving it but can't take it.
Ford Super Sunday Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 No remorse? He's not murdered someone for god sake? The man took the penalty in the best way he thought he'd score. I don't know why people seem to think if he blasted it or struck it low he would have been guaranteed to put it in the net. People love a scapegoat.

I mean personally, I don't particularly dislike Kermorgant because I blame Wayne Brown and the officials in the second leg far more than Kermorgant, and he did inspire a fantastic song, plus the superb 'He was decent' thread. But it was a silly penalty.

Of course he's elated after all the abuse he's taken from lcfc fans another instance of fans giving itvbut can't take it. I just cannot see his side to this in any way, shape or form. He completely fvcked it, embarrassed the club and fans. He then had the cheek to be completely silent afterwards, the only response we got after the incident was his moaning to the media that no one had contacted him. He deserves the stick he gets, and the fact that Chris Powell has come out previously and said that he gets himself up with the thought of playing Leicester, after HE made the decision to take that shite penalty, it's insulting that he feels the right to celebrate like he's Eric fooking Cantona. Footballers take stick, that's the nature of the beast. Him essentially rubbing it in our faces that he took the worst penalty of recent history just frankly winds me up. I'll admit I'm bitter, but I have every right to be until he stops cupping his ears after every goal against Leicester.

BHAFC Braders Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 We've had a bid accepted for Dale Stephens it seems from Charlton ... I'm really starting to hate this window.
Dan Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 I don't really dislike Kermorgant, I just find it irritating and absolutely typical that he scores past us every single time without fail. He wound me up at first but to be fair to the bloke, I don't think he's done loads wrong. I can see why it's annoyed our fans but at least he went up to take a penalty and at least he's been honest about everything since it all. I just hope he don't sign for them because he's bound to score again on Saturday.

KFS Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 And the worst of all is, I'll have to stand up and clap the bastard in the home end on Saturday if he signs.
Filbert's Friend Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 I do think that there are two sides to this.Of course, his penalty was atrocious and will always go down as one of the worst moments in our recent history.BUT You've got to remember that this guy basically made a mistake at work. How many people haven't made a stupid mistake in the workplace? The difference is that when he made his mistake, a song was made about him (by an LCFC fan) that was played on national radio and was viewed on youtube half a million times. That could potentially have damaged his career by tarnishing his reputation. Ask a lot of football fans around the country who Yann Kermorgant is and they are likely to mention the song and the penalty.I can't help but think that if that happened to me at work, I'd be pretty frustrated at the people who villain-ised me. So I can kind of understand why he'd be so keen to score against us. Booing him or whatever on the pitch is a normal consequence of these kind of mistakes in football. He'd expect that. But I think the song, in his eyes, may have been a step beyond. In my eyes the song is hilarious, naturally.
Dan Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 Ironically wasn't the one who made the song from Bournemouth?
Ric Flair Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 He missed a penalty for us, big deal. Does it make it more unforgivable because " the stupid w@nker chipped it " it's hardly as if he was doing tins of special brew before the penalty shootout and then ran up to it with his kegs round his ankles. I suspect that the success rate of that type of penalty is quite high, it makes no difference to me if he'd done that or tried to blast or place the penalty like Waghorn did. He msised, we didn't make it through to the final. Pearson going 4-5-1 in the first leg is just as deliberate and callous as Kermorgant's penalty.
J.Lisemore Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 Looks like Charlton are the new Watford then. Feel a bit sorry for Chris Powell, not being able to sign players that he actually wants.
