On the last game, a clean sheet could see all your defenders getting 7s, now they just seem to sit around the mid 6s. 11 games gone and we're second in the table! Up the Dragons! Definitely. You can win 3-0 or 4-0 and one of your strikers could still get a 5 or 6. There seems to be a lot of anomalies every match when it comes to player ratings. Everyoen can be 7.3, 7.4+ and one lags behind on 6.0 or below for no apparent reason.

Just Moore and Whitbread left now so had to bring in Nyron Nosworthy on a free and a Prem youthie on a short term loan. Although I did have a little play around with the set-piece regime in the tactics screen so that may be why. Also conceding many goals in final 10-ish minutes. Not cool.

I went through a spell of scoring loads in the last 10 now the last few I've had a habit of conceding them. Drew 2-2 with Bournemouth after being 2-0 up in the 88th minute.
MATTL94 Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 Hey guys, I don't know whether or not any of you will be able to help me with this but I have just started a game on FM14 with Leicester. As usual, I have set up all of the training, got rid of some staff and made offers to bring my own in, I have then sorted out my team and tactics, canceled the set friendlies and sent out friendly proposals of my own, and then finally sent out a scout to look at potential signings. It takes a while, but I have always done this before pressing continue - so as soon as my game starts. After spending a while doing all of this, I have clicked 'Continue' and my game has started to advance as normal. However, as the dates advance, it goes past the friendlies that I have tried to arrange, without any response from the other club. This has also happened to the friendly against the U21's that Shakey said that he would create in his welcoming conversation. Also, as I advanced through the dates, all of the staff that I had approached rejected me, even though I agreed to their terms, and they were all unattached. That may be me, but it has never happened to me before. I would really appreciate any help with this, as it is currently preventing me from playing FM again, as I don't want to put in that time again for it to be wasted.Thanks in advance!

Team is; Schmeichel Jenkinson - Coates - Moore - Crezscini (Sp, FM13 hero) Javi Garcia - King Narsingh - Knockaert - Ince Wood Managed to get £6million for Ritchie De Laet so had to sell him really, disappointed with the transfer window should have strengthened my defence a bit more but should hopefully be able to stay up and improve next year.

It's pretty difficult though i'm 8th after 7 games, but i keep getting absolutely slaughtered, try to set up playing possesion football in a 4-5-1 with 2 wingers and i have like 35% possesion every game.

Not really much in the budget to work with but I'm going into the season with only Wood and Nuge as options up front at this moment. Really think I need to sign someone.

Doesn't matter what I do or what tactics I play, but I simply cannot start an FM game well, it ends up taking me about 4/5 games to have a good one. Dortmund, 6 games gone, won 1, drawn 3, lost 2. It's utter, utter bullshit. I play their exact real life formation.
