foxes_rule1978 Posted 24 May 2014 Posted 24 May 2014 Andy Townsend - "Getting in front is massive tonight" Quote of the century
ScouseFox Posted 24 May 2014 Posted 24 May 2014 Costa is clearly injured and has been all week, him playing is either going to be blamed for them losing or be genius.
Danizen Posted 24 May 2014 Posted 24 May 2014 Struggling to get my head around any thought process that could cause someone wanting Real Madrid to win this game other than actually being a Real fan. Come on Atletico. For me, it's because their fast, counter attacking wing play is the absolute antithesis of Barcelona's stagnant-possession, strangle-the-life-out-of-a-game, obscenely efficient tiki taka style.
Mikey Posted 24 May 2014 Posted 24 May 2014 The fact that Ronaldo might not be 100% puts a right downer on it for me. Always want to see the best players at their best in these games. Especially the best in the world. Edit: Same goes for Costa too. Who goes off as I say this.
ScouseFox Posted 24 May 2014 Posted 24 May 2014 Waste of a sub. Obviously at no stage been fit enough to play.
Danizen Posted 24 May 2014 Posted 24 May 2014 So wait, you're telling me that rubbing horse placenta on his leg did absolutely nothing to heal his injury? Well I'll be fvcked!
Jimothy Posted 24 May 2014 Posted 24 May 2014 8 minutes. Stupid to start him. Must have known he wasn't anywhere near fit if he's come of this early. Lost him for the whole night now, start him in the bench and you can make a choice if you use him later or not.

Lost him for the whole night now, start him in the bench and you can make a choice if you use him later or not. He wasn't even fit enough for the bench, terrible decision to start him for sure. Lost a sub and it would only give real a lift knowing he was coming off...
Nalis Posted 24 May 2014 Posted 24 May 2014 8 minutes. Stupid to start him. Must have known he wasn't anywhere near fit if he's come of this early. Lost him for the whole night now, start him in the bench and you can make a choice if you use him later or not. Problem is if Atletico put him on the bench and bring him on thinking he'll do something special, they would have been a bit annoyed when he would pull up...
Jon the Hat Posted 24 May 2014 Posted 24 May 2014 If he starts and pulls up you only waste one sub. If you bring him on and he pulls up you waste two...
One Legged Beaver Posted 24 May 2014 Posted 24 May 2014 Ramos with the customary booking Now just to see whether he picks up a red later on.
RowlattsFox Posted 24 May 2014 Posted 24 May 2014 Footballers are embarrassing. How far Ramos ran there to get booked?
Dan Posted 24 May 2014 Posted 24 May 2014 For me, it's because their fast, counter attacking wing play is the absolute antithesis of Barcelona's stagnant-possession, strangle-the-life-out-of-a-game, obscenely efficient tiki taka style. They aren't playing Barcelona. Sergio Ramos is just a total ****. He puts it on I swear.
ScouseFox Posted 24 May 2014 Posted 24 May 2014 Even money on sergioooo to get booked. Should've been a monthly wage job not just a tenner
Bert Posted 24 May 2014 Posted 24 May 2014 This is not living up to expectation. Champions of Spain and they're being this negative?
LeicesterBran Posted 24 May 2014 Posted 24 May 2014 Bale, really should have finished that chance. I thought he would have.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 24 May 2014 Posted 24 May 2014 This is not living up to expectation. Champions of Spain and they're being this negative? They do play quite negative at times against the big sides... very well organised side that will look to catch you out on the counter...
