ealingfox Posted 19 October 2013 Share Posted 19 October 2013 100th start for Konch assuming he plays today. 4 goals and a few assists to boot. Decent servant considering he could have been another mercenary. Favourite Konch moments? Went nuts (along with everyone else) for his goal at Hull on NP's return. red5 Posted 19 October 2013 Share Posted 19 October 2013 Best moment when he stuck a finger up at the lcfc fans, think it was at millwall, should have been sacked.
Aus Fox Posted 19 October 2013 Share Posted 19 October 2013 That goal away at Wolves! If there wasn't a net it would still be travelling now!
Danno Posted 19 October 2013 Share Posted 19 October 2013 Showing his class this season. Been a great player for us, and definitely up there with the best left backs in the division.
Mack Posted 19 October 2013 Share Posted 19 October 2013 Best moment when he stuck a finger up at the lcfc fans, think it was at millwall, should have been sacked. If some of our fans didn't shout abuse at our players it wouldn't happen. Some of our so called fans should be ashamed of themselves, as for Konch well he gave them what they deserved for me. Well done to the bloke today, he's been an asset to our side overall.
FoxTrott Posted 19 October 2013 Share Posted 19 October 2013 Has more good games than bad games. Solid. Adapted well to the Championship. An important squad player. That's the way Nige would see it.
kingfox Posted 19 October 2013 Share Posted 19 October 2013 Glad he seems to be back in some kind of form, consistent wise. Will probably make a bad error today now though.

The Year Of The Fox Posted 19 October 2013 Share Posted 19 October 2013 Although i didnt go today I don't think hes played any better this season than last. Hes just always been pretty good and people enjoyed a bit of a bashing bandwagon without really being clued up.

The Year Of The Fox Posted 19 October 2013 Share Posted 19 October 2013 I think the problem was that he played poorly in the televised games I've said it many times but I've not seen him have a bad game since West Ham away. Certainly none as bad as that since then. It's funny though as I believe more people base their opinions on what's said on here above anything else. This thread will turn the bloke into one of the fans favourites again.
foxfanazer Posted 19 October 2013 Share Posted 19 October 2013 Can't remember what game it was, either Blackpool or Palace but he got torn to shreds by either Ince or Zaha. Think it's against pace when he looks vulnerable. What a well informed post that is
The Year Of The Fox Posted 19 October 2013 Share Posted 19 October 2013 Fair enough, palace he wasn't the best. he was up against a bloody good player though and I don't recall him making mistakes such as he did at west ham, he just generally got tore a new arsehole as you say. That happens yhough.
ScouseFox Posted 19 October 2013 Share Posted 19 October 2013 His first season he was shit hot. Was decent last season until our bad run when everyone was horrific. Been back on it from what I've seen/read this year and happy days.
Iwan is a Welshman Posted 19 October 2013 Share Posted 19 October 2013 A good servant of the club and always gives 100%. He's erratic though - often either our best or worst player on the pitch. Unfortunately he was poor today but he's put in plenty of great performances this year too. Those who slate him are a reminder of the moronic side of today's football fan. They belong in the Pearson-out and Anti-Lloyd Dyer set. The first moment to mind was the goal at Molineux last season. Unbelievable strike. MGLCFC Posted 19 October 2013 Share Posted 19 October 2013 Think he's very steady, does the basics well, overlaps in attack and since his spell out of the team has been very consistent. Reads the game well and often mops up situations.
