Jordan Posted 5 January 2014 Posted 5 January 2014 I'd love it if Allardyce got sacked tomorrow. That'd teach em to take the cup seriously. Since when is getting embarrassed by a lower division side acceptable in any circumstances? Yeah, West Ham deserve every second of this. This is, as you say, unacceptable for a professional club. Good for Forest for pouring it on and running up the score.
Manwell Pablo Posted 5 January 2014 Posted 5 January 2014 Patterson's third was absurd; how he was able to dribble around every defender, I'll never know. Shit defending put a ****ing foot in!
Benji Posted 5 January 2014 Posted 5 January 2014 Chuckling away as he walks for handshakes. Embarrassing - wouldn't want him anywhere near a team I supported.
Corky Posted 5 January 2014 Posted 5 January 2014 Feel for the West Ham fans who travelled to watch that shite, yes they were kids playing but they clearly weren't ready to all be thrown in at once. Forest were ruthless but I don't think you could've got an easier Premier League side.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 5 January 2014 Posted 5 January 2014 We just need a derby win now and itll cap off a very good weekend for us.
Manwell Pablo Posted 5 January 2014 Posted 5 January 2014 Feel for the West Ham fans, they've brought a load to see the academy side get dismantled. They've been crowing for their all conquering U21's to get a chance for months so I struggle sympathise. Reminds me of us circa 2006-08 when we had Sheehan Porter Gradel King etc coming through and no one seemed to grasp they just weren't ready to play first team football and wanted them played because they "couldn't be any worse" than our first team.

Tinman Posted 5 January 2014 Posted 5 January 2014 We just need a derby win now and itll cap off a very good weekend for us. Fook that, next saturday is much more important.
Corky Posted 5 January 2014 Posted 5 January 2014 Fook that, next saturday is much more important. Who are you playing?
Benji Posted 5 January 2014 Posted 5 January 2014 Fook that, next saturday is much more important. Any luck your players won't turn up until Saturday.
Leicesterpool Posted 5 January 2014 Posted 5 January 2014 Quite enjoyed that to be honest, the funny thing is they've got two ex west players doing the draw at 2! West Ham looked a total joke, they really disrespected the cup by playing that youth team. At least Villa named a strong team yesterday! Now for once come on Derby! By the way for once well done Forest

It's the standard solution from fans now, if you aren't doing well just PLAY THE KIDS because they'll have pashun and effort.

He wasn't the only one the moan in one was ripe with "play the youngsters"
Corky Posted 5 January 2014 Posted 5 January 2014 Think about it I'm going on Friday Big game for Will Hughes today, playing against players of his natural ability level.
Leicesterpool Posted 5 January 2014 Posted 5 January 2014 So lets have Arsenal v Man U and Liverpool v Chelsea get the big boys out!

By the way for once well done Forest Fvck that, we don't need them coming into our game with confidence. Besides I don't want to see them cause an upset and be happy. The cvnts. For once, come on Chelsea, thrash em!
Leicesterpool Posted 5 January 2014 Posted 5 January 2014 Have ITV got rid of their awful commentary team? Sam Matterface and Clarke Carlisle commentating on this game, that's not the 'normal' ITV commentators is it? The commentary was really biased hardly any praise for Forest, everytime Forest scored it went deathly silent. They really do hate it when one of there london boys lose!

Manwell Pablo Posted 5 January 2014 Posted 5 January 2014 I am aware that west ham are playing kids, that's not my point. Abdoun, Reid, Lansbury, paterson (and not just a knee jerk reaction to a hat trick) are all very decent attack minded midfielders and all offer a different type of threat. If they can get Shane Long as was rumoured they will be a danger imo. Paterson is nowhere near as good as he is being made to look today, Lansbury is a very good Championship midfielder, Reid has decent delivery but is slow and Abdoun is more flash than substance if you ask me. Undoubtedly they'll do ok but I think play offs is where they will end up, although that's first I've herd of the Shaun Long rumour and if that does come off I may change my tune!
Kitchandro Posted 5 January 2014 Posted 5 January 2014 The more games Derby play in, the more tired they get. Myth.
Manwell Pablo Posted 5 January 2014 Posted 5 January 2014 The more games Derby play in, the more tired they get. Yes but incase you have forgotten we are playing them on Friday I don't fancy playing them off the back of a win against ****ing Chelsea!
Simmo86 Posted 5 January 2014 Posted 5 January 2014 Sorted. Forest should get through again. More games behind for them.
