Unabomber Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 We have metal barriers ever side of the away fans where the police stand? So none I believe unless the use some netting in the Forest end just after the barriers? I did not know that.
Tommy G Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 Just realised police officers are DMU students in the first few months of their service as DMU provides the basic training so possibly quite legitimate to have a ticket from that source. My faith is restored in their integrity. Correct He has a dmu card as his first 6 months training is there. So legit More bothered about him being a cov fan - couldn't give a monkeys about how much the tkt cost!

Lionator Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 Any f**ker can get student tickets all you have to do is go to the student union and just buy them, that is why the club have f**ked up yet again because it isn't exclusively for DMU students oh well. You can't, you have to have your DMU student ID to buy them. I've done it myself for this game and the Fulham one.
SystonFox Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 So how many are forest bringing? Is it 3,300 or is it 2,000 like I heard we had restricted them to? We so should've only gave them 2k

DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 Am I? I feel 27 years younger. 37 years younger, I would have thought.
Guest Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 3,320 That's the way to show us they don't care about us, by completely selling out their allocation.
Banks Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Atmosphere should be very good, everyone sing and shout as much as you can, need to beat these bastards.
K1FOX Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Should be electric tomorrow. 30,000 with the helicopter Aswell and after for some reason a minutes silence always gets everyone going! Can't wait.
MGLCFC Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 If 30000 sold this must be a sell out? Don't they section off about 2500 so the home and away fans are segregated?

K1FOX Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 If 30000 sold this must be a sell out? Don't they section off about 2500 so the home and away fans are segregated? No I think it's probably about 500-1000 max seeing as there are metal barriers at the edge of the away end lined with police.
Kitchandro Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 This will be a bigger attendance than the play-off semi final by the looks of it.
Banks Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Need a full house for tomorrow, anyone who hasn't bought tickets for this, buy them now!!!!!
K1FOX Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 This will be a bigger attendance than the play-off semi final by the looks of it. That would have been sold out had Watford fans sold out their allocation. We even got some of the away end that day I recall
Kitchandro Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Need a full house for tomorrow, anyone who hasn't bought tickets for this, buy them now!!!!! There will be some retards who try to buy on the day, it's inevitable. There was some massive queue at the collection caravan for the Fulham match, which was still huge when the match had started. Some chav was queuing up and was asked by a steward if he had bought tickets. The dumb fvcker said 'I rang up and they just said come and pick em up'. The steward should have made this thick twat answer the question properly. Then he got to the front of the queue (after somehow pushing in front of about 10 people) and when asked for his name he said 'No, I was just told I could pick em up'. At that point everyone just looked at him as if to say, 'yeh, because when you ring up the club they don't ask for payment they just tell you to pick up some random tickets at your leisure'. Some people just get what they deserve.
Unabomber Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 I feel sorry for anyone who isn't on the internet/aware that this is an all ticket game, and decides on a whim to go see his favourite football team only to be turned away.

If you're not on the internet and not involved in foxestalk, you're a plastic fan and shouldn't be at the game anyway.
Ford Super Sunday Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Should be electric tomorrow. 30,000 with the helicopter Aswell and after for some reason a minutes silence always gets everyone going! Can't wait. Unfortunately the minutes silence will in all likelihood be a cock-up like it usually is. Last year it was stated that the last post would be played then the minutes silence would start. The last post was played and everyone roared not realising. This isn't necessarily the fans fault, the desperately poor PA system and lack of information doesn't help. However doing the last post only sounds good because minutes silences tend to be ruined in the way we all know. Some idiot shouts, someone shouts back, more people join in telling people to shut up, home an away fans start blaming each other for the problem and the whole thing is ruined by the end. Here's hoping for one good minute this year though.
absolutelegend Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Here's hoping for one good minute this year though. this please please please city fans, if some moron forest fan decides to shout something (which I am sure they won't), just ignore it and let it go. it's them that would look stupid. really excited for the game tomorrow now.
Harry - LCFC Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 I'm always fearing someone's going to ruin the minute's silence, feels so uncomfortable when it happens. Doesn't help when the morally superior make it worse by trying the shout them down. Best way to react is to say nothing. And as much as the last post a nice thing to have I'm afraid it's too much to ask, it's difficult to keep 30,000 people quiet so it needs to be a simple as possible.
