He should have seen it on pre match inspection and should have pointed it out. The game should never have kicked off till it was sorted.

Les-TA-Jon Posted 18 November 2013 Posted 18 November 2013 The thing that annoys me with incidents like this is that the Referees are always completely blamed for them. Think of either this, that Kiessling one, or the Henry goal, in each one every player knows that there's blatant cheating involved, and yet at least one team just accepts that they've cheated. I really think there's plenty of room for much more fair play in football.
