Not necessarily this game but would love to see a 3-5-2 away from home giving Knocky a free reign..

A free reign? Would have to be King, surely?

Your right it wouldn't be the end of the world, but in my opinion this is a must win game, purely on the basis of getting the season back on track, and inject a bit of confidence going into the Christmas period.

If we win it's 4 points out of 12 available in December, better than 1 out of 12, and hopefully would stave off some doubts in the fans and players minds, that we can steady the ship this year and not free fall like last season.

Nope. We'll most likely only ever play 1 or 2 MUST win games in a season. This is definitely not a must win game and the phrase is used far too often. Are you saying if we don't win this then there is no way we'll get promoted?

It's an important game though where a draw would be a decent result and a win an excellent result. A loss would be disappointing but we've still a long long way to go.

It is however, for me, a MUST NOT LOSE game.

I don't even get were you even get the idea that I am suggesting that we won't get promoted if we lose this one.

I clearly stated in my opinion this is a must win game to get our season back on track and inject some confidence into the players and fans going into the Christmas period, and 4 points from 12 available up until then in December is better than 1 from 12 if we lose.

If we lose I fear the crisis in confidence could creep in again, as 1 point in nearly a month will surely affect the players confidence, well I know I am not confident the way we have performed against sheff Wednesday, Brighton and second half against burnley, and a rallying performance and result will surely put these results behind us.

A win would give us all a lift, but I did agree with the person I replyed to it wouldn't be the end of the world, season, but it's still a must win for me.

It isn't. If we lose this game we'll likely be four points behind with 25 games to play. I know people love to exaggerate and all that but I can tell you right now that we can definitely afford to lose this game.

Would be nice if we didn't though.

Not the end of the world, but football is as much about confidence and momentum, as much as it is tactics.

I am not over reacting, but we need a postive response and result.

I know you didn't mean that. But the only eventuality that it could be deemed as a must win game would be (should we all agree that our aim is to get promoted) if we couldn't get promoted if we didn't win.

As I said to Harry, it won't be the end of the world, and I'm probably not being clear, I don't mean it's a must win game in terms of the season, promotion or the result is a must win one off result, but in terms of momentum and bringing an end to the recent poor results, and performances, in my opinion it's a must win game, before the rot sets in, or we start to have a crisis in confidence.

After last seasons episode it would be nice to limited the poor periods every team has to a short period of time and not a prolonged period.

Concerning that we haven't won a game or looked much like winning a game since we went top, especially after the comments of "feeling the pressure" etc last season when we did the same thing.

Think we'll lose here but we could do with getting a positive run going over Christmas instead of a negative one.

It is a must win game if we have any aspirations of automatic promotion, beating an automatic promotion rival would give us a huge amount of confidence, mentally wise our squad is fragile to say the least atm in time, if we lose in all likely hood the sheepshaggers will over take us and we would be 4th not bad but being overtaken by the sheepshaggers not good!

Of course its not must win.

It would be good to win, but if we don't we still have aspirations of auto promotion.

This 'must win' nonsense is nonsense.

We could lose heavily on Sat and then go on a twelve match winning run.

What I would say is that psychologically, it would be good to compete with QPR (the best team in the division IMO) and compete well.

No-one has a crystal ball do they?

No gane becomes 'must win' until about March/April time.

Would want a performance out of this game, shake off the feeling of a blip becoming a slump but still a long way to go so dropping points again would not be a disaster.

Early Xmas present NP, please don't start Was at right back!

4 5 1/ 4 2 3 1 for me, knocky having freedom behind nuge to cause havoc

Schmeichel

RDL    Moore     Morgan    Konch

James    Drinkwater

Vardy          Knocky              Dyer

Nugent

Subs Logan Wasyl Miquel King Schlupp GTF Panatoyio (or however you spell it)

The 4 front me with the right starting service from James and Drinky should cause QPR some options, but I feel this line up would also give the defence some needed cover until they find their feet again

Goin to be a battle, especially in midfield against Barton and Jenas, so I could see pearson maybe using King over knocky for additional strength and cover... Matty Phillips will be difficult

I hope Hill plays in defense for them, so we can play on the floor at pace, he'd be their weak link for me if so

GTF is useful on the bench if we need someone to come on up top and hold the ball up and bring others into the game

Hammond - useless, zaps the life out of the team

clint hills out which is a positive as he's a dirty b@st@rd and their defensive rock, but onouha's in so our pace might not be as effective as he's got a bit of pace about him

One less elbow for our players to receive on Saturday.
