Was Morgan sent off at home for us this season or am I imagining that?

I don't think this season. He was sent off vs Millwall at home last season wasn't he? haha

Proof right there that we're not playing Wasyl enough. What poofters.

You are on the right lines - our midfield "tackled" like a load of girls yesterday and can't remember us winning a 50/50 all game in the middle of the park

Not suggesting we go into Keane / Viera mode but yesterday proved that if we want to compete at the next level we need to be more aggressive in certain areas

And have loads of players sent off as a consequence?

You don't need to be "tough" in order to make it in the Premier League. You just need to be smarter under certain circumstances.

We wouldn't have risked a red card had we gone in a bit harder yesterday. Most of the challenges in the game were the standard 1v1 block tackles that occur when players aren't in full control of the ball. Referees aren't going to dish out cards for going in firmly in that situation.

Go in hard risk injury and risk missing the derby game ;)

Agreed, but you can still be aggressive without fouling. Plenty of old City players I could mention.

That red card for James was pretty harsh as well.

I recall us having a similar record under Nige previously. One sending off during the League One season, Hobbs I think (didn't he give a penalty away at Bristol Rovers. Got sent off for that?).
