How do Forest fans rate Karl Darlow so highly? He flaps more than Pat Butcher's bingo wings.

Watched the FLS and thought he could have got the first Burnley goal.

Yep. He's spouted it for ages now in his press conferences to avoid tricky questions so at the weekend the forest fans were singing it for a bit of a laugh whilst being utterly gubbed on the pitch. Apparently BD wasn't at all impressed and glared at the fans whilst they sang it.

I fear cpt paranoia feels he may be losing the popularity contest he relies on between manager and owner.

lol

Yes he's been good at that, managed to turn the fans on doughty and I think he did the same at derby. Though he's running out of excuses now. It's no wonder he spent 18 months out of work before forest were daft enough to take him back on.

We keep snatching draws from winning positions and teams that don't win don't go up automatically. I foresee playoffs followed by some new and heartbreaking/amusing collapse of some sort. This is what history teaches me anyway.

It's what he thrives on. Being the little guy fighting his corner against all odds, but this time he hasn't got anyone to fight against. Fawaz has said, " here's a load of cash, get us promoted" and he's failing to do that.

Fawaz has took billy's trump card off him by providing the funds and giving him nothing to beat him with then. Wouldn't help him that fawaz is popular amongst the fans. So is the tide turning against billy or are the majority still happy with him? Next few games could be vital for you with Wigan starting to look like pushing into the playoffs, could a run of bad results put him under pressure?

I think the tide is indeed turning. Billy has to live or die by his management skills now. Perhaps if he stopped being so paranoid about everything and got on with turning draws into wins he can regain his cult status but I fear the scales are beginning to fall from the eyes of the cult of Billy followers.

After speaking to a few Forest fans today when I was working at a site in Notts, not one had a good thing to say about him.

The Nottingham forest 'Injury saga'.

It amazes me to the extent at which Forest are complaining about this, especially when so many of the injuries can be placed at their own doorstep.

Firstly, Kevin Wilson was a sicknote at Celtic, missing many a big game because of it and in the end lennon had enough and got rid.

They then re-loaned in vaughan, who was already injured!

Hobbs was the same really, loaning in him after being out such a long time at hull was always going to be a risk.

Then you have cohen and blackstock who have also had history with long lay-offs, and i believe lansbury missed games for them last season too.

The truth is, the above players all have a history of injury issues, unlike our lads with only wood the one who has had a few spells of injury, albeit fairly short ones. 3 of the forest injuries have also occurred off the pitch, which is ridiculous as at this stage of the season i fail to see why sides in both ours and their positions would do much contact in training.

Some say us and Burnley are lucky to have no injuries, but it isn't surprising when the 2 fittest and most hardworking sides i have seen this season are the 2 previously mentioned. Many aside in mid table and near the bottom have suffered no injuries either, but of course because they are not above forest they are not 'lucky leicester'.

The reason we are above forest is simple, quality and consistency. Despite not playing to the highest levels of some games last season e.g. Huddersfield away, we are average a higher level of performance on a regular basis, and deserve to be where we are on merit. The fact we can score 2 goals in a matter of minutes, is just a fine example of why we are picking up many more points than our opposition.

Something missing about the injury crisis list.. You've forgot to mention the European cup or how famous they are ;)

I am always hearing about how deluded Forest fans are and how most are pretty unbearable.

Never really experienced it before but HOW RIGHT YOU ALL ARE!!

Majority of Forest fans i have met recently are deluded, arrogant, racist and just damn right vile human beings!

Now I am not saying they are all like that but they do seem to have a much higher percentage than other clubs.

Take Derby for example, I know lots of fans as I live right on the border and I haven't met one yet I didn't like. Much prefer them over deluded Forest fans!

I actually hope Derby get promoted along with us, just to make it even more painful for Forest.........  Oh and Billy Davies is just awful.   Rant over.

Would love to see the faces in the East midlands today sports office :)

"Unlucky Forest lose out in a thriller at Wembley. They deserved to go up but the ref, the pitch and the injury crisis cost them the game" 20 minutes later------ " in other news Leicester and Derby will be in the premier league next season,,, now here's Anna with the weather" ;)

They're so right when they say we (collectively) pine for some attention.

I don't hate forest because there local I hate them because of Billy Davies, Al Fawaz, their deluded arrogant fans and this sense of entitlement they seem to think they have!

C'mon, RedHux. You can call Davies whatever you want to and you have every right to criticize him (just like us taking the mick out of his media skills on a regular basis), but you have to admit that you're still doing great, considering the injuries in the recent past, the constant changing of your starting eleven as a consequence of that, as well as adding new signings left and right.

I just hope your team doesn't lose that drive towards the end of the season. Although I do have a soft spot for Burnley, I'd love to see three Midlands clubs getting promoted.

Keep it up.

Hmmm, exactly the type of generalisation on which most racism is based.
