Guest MattP Posted 11 February 2014 Posted 11 February 2014 You would have to be absolutely nuts to go near this bloke. Ferguson couldn't handle him and he was supposedly the best in the business at that, then he seems to start doing well at West Ham, is being talked about to make something of himself and he still ends up not managing to get through 2/3 of a season without having to be shunted out of another football club. Terrible attitude and clearly not worth it for anyone. We are 11 points clear and some people would take a risk on upsetting the whole dressing room to give some toerag and wannabe gangster his 5th chances? Crazy.
5waller5 Posted 11 February 2014 Posted 11 February 2014 I don't mind taking a risk on a player, if that risk is about whether that player is good enough .... Like Vardy - huge risk that he couldn't step up so many leagues and still be potent - a bit of work and a bit of time and the risk has paid off. You could argue Waghorn was a risk too .... and that one didn't pay off. The risk in both cases was solely the transfer fee and wages ... They were both obviously going to work hard and fit in. When the squad and our success is built on a team spirit then I wouldn't risk anyone that threatens that team spirit - and this guy looks like a massive risk to that.
LeicesterBran Posted 12 February 2014 Posted 12 February 2014 Think he is a talent. But, there's no chance he'll go to the Championship and he's been West Ham's best player this season. With his attitude he can easily weak team morale and we don't want that at Leicester.

There's more to it than that I think. Morrison presents a very different risk than Vardy. Having some arrogant, self-loving idiot sulking in training could disrupt our team spirit - he could be quite damaging to our chances of success (in a way Vardy never would have been) so the question would have to be why take a risk when you don't need to? Why take a chance when we only need to continue as we are, when we aren't in need of a boost of creativity?

What the same Ferguson that throws a football boot at you when you p^ss him off, come on!
bluebeau Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 Sky Sports News, he has been signed on loan by QPR

Dan Posted 14 February 2014 Posted 14 February 2014 What a surprise. It really is scandalous how they're allowed to operate like this whilst everyone else is handicapped.
AKCJ Posted 14 February 2014 Posted 14 February 2014 What a surprise. It really is scandalous how they're allowed to operate like this whilst everyone else is handicapped. Why? He hardly set the world alight last season for Birmingham and one good goal is all he has to show for for West Ham this season. Massively over rated and his ego makes him a player I wouldn't want near us. Watch how Kranjcar reacts when a 21 year old takes him place. Recipie for disaster.
GingerrrFox Posted 14 February 2014 Posted 14 February 2014 Ravel will no doubt play an absolute worldy of a game against Reading on Sunday.
Mark_from_USA Posted 14 February 2014 Posted 14 February 2014 When players sign for QPR they turn to stone, like the trolls in the Hobbit.
Soar Fox Posted 14 February 2014 Posted 14 February 2014 Ravel will no doubt play an absolute worldy of a game against Reading on Sunday. Won't officaly sign until next Friday, then he's covered to play in the playoff final if needs be.
dayday Posted 14 February 2014 Posted 14 February 2014 Is it not emergency loans only? If so how do QPR manage to sign Morrison?
Guest Posted 14 February 2014 Posted 14 February 2014 a "rumbling groin" He was probably watching " a Wolf on Wall street".
Iwan is a Welshman Posted 14 February 2014 Posted 14 February 2014 Let them keep signing people. This has got Portsmouth mark two all over it. Beware the wreckage of Redknapp...
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 14 February 2014 Posted 14 February 2014 Let them keep signing people. This has got Portsmouth mark two all over it. Beware the wreckage of Redknapp... But but but he is a great manager . . . .
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 14 February 2014 Posted 14 February 2014 I really hope they end up in the play offs, and fail. Reading is a huge game for them, after that they have 4 away games out of 5! Is Morrison the key to promotion? More like he will upset the morale there, Barton and Morrison together, interesting.
Langston Posted 14 February 2014 Posted 14 February 2014 Barton's tragic barnet should be enough to upset any kind of team morale.
