Just got in.

Essentially there where 75-100 or so in sk1 corner that didn't shut the **** up for 50 or 60 mins. Fair play.

For 90 mins I didnt hear l1. So what i can draw from this is. Our ground is shit.

I had a txt from a mate in the family stand at half time that said he couldn't hear sk1

Bullshit. Clearly the grounds acoustics are at fault.

Pretty much on the front row of standers, just singing all game! Right infront of the guy in the white polo.

You've turned in early then, SHOCKER

top effort though chaps, sad I couldn't be there to be honest, fvcking work.

My observations for what they are worth!

I thought this would turn out to be a damp squid! But I was wrong. I sit in C1. Thought you lot in sk1 were very good today, especially for a first time. Normally only hear L on a regular basis but they were very poor today, was it the lack of drum or the lack of away fans?

SK3 were the loudest I've heard them this season, purely coincidence? I don't think so, the fact that there was another group to interact with, in my opinion helped generate the best atmosphere in the kop for many a month. (Lcfc chant bears this out, very good)

Well done to you all, although I have to agree the confetti looked a bit poor.

What was the age range amongst you all? Would a nearly 50 bloke look out of place? If not I might join in the future!

Congratulations

I was in amongst it today mate and I'm nearly 50 singing my heart out and there were a few older than me,it was great come on in!

irony

noun

1. sarcasm, irony, satire, caustic remark witty language used to convey insults or scorn

Yes, I got it. What's your point? :)  I am not sure that you have to teach me about the word 'irony'. I thought as you recognized the mis-quote then you might be interested in this. I thought we were sharing  I was being helpful and informative.

Don't worry sunshine - the sun might come out tomorrow and then I would advise you to go and buy a nice chocolate ice-cream with loads of sprinkles to cheer yourself up.

p.s

Fool

noun and adj.

a. One deficient in judgement or sense, one who acts or behaves stupidly, a silly person, a simpleton.

A steward did come over to talk to someone on the top row, no idea what it was about though. If they did want everyone to sit down they didn't make much effort.

I thought today was a roaring success, if you'll excuse the pun. I really enjoyed myself, fair play to everyone involved.

I actually got a genuine buzz from the atmosphere today, especially when the whole Kop joined in a couple of times, it was brilliant. It's just a shame the acoustics are so poor in our ground because anyone who was in the Kop I'm sure would say it was great.

I know there isn't a trial game for about a month but I suggest we do exactly the same for the Blackpool game. Strike while the iron is hot, it proved popular not just with the people who turned up for it, but also other people in the Kop who were initially not involved.

Really, really pleased and I hope it's the start of something.

I agree. I'm actually disappointed that the numbers will be back down for Blackpool. Get back up there lads.

The atmosphere was great up in SK1 today,I reckon it will grow from here.

Fair play to the club,we were not told to sit down once, the stewards came up once to ask a lad to stop banging on the back panels.

This too. Credit to the stewards who have been pretty sound with us all season. I still don't agree with them being bothered with banging on the back but they let us stand, I can live with that.

Big thank you to the club again. It was nice that fans were allowed to just get on with it! Thoroughly enjoyable :)

Me, my brother and my Dad will be up there again for the next home game (work permitting) cant wait ha!

The sense of humour by-pass surgery went well then?

Or is it just the wrong time of the month?

I accept your apology and let's move on!

Hate to be the one to say it but that would be due to health and safety

Any age or gender is welcome. A 50 year old bloke wouldn't look out of place considering we have someone called '1964FOX' with us ;)

There is no health or safety issue with banging on the back of a stand.

I'm going to assume that's sarcasm.
