Happy Fox Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Leicester City â€@OfficialFOXES 4m TV: #lcfc's home clash with @swfc has been switched to Friday 4 April (7.45pm KO) due to live TV coverage. More on http://www.lcfc.com
billyn88 Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Great choice for a 'platinum' game from the club - clearly aimed at getting maximum value for fleecing supporters considering the numbers Wednesday bring. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't change the classification regardless!
Guest Bilo Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 How close are we to the point where refunds start kicking in?
Bert Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 How close are we to the point where refunds start kicking in?Think after this there's 2 more games. I reckon we will get the last game at home on sky and possibly another. Not overly bothered it's been moved because it means I can watch te national for the first time I years.
goose2010 Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 How close are we to the point where refunds start kicking in? Is this the 3rd at home?
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Excellent for me. Just got to find a sports bar in New Orleans that shows Championship football now.
Iwan is a Welshman Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Three days after Wigan. Smart move.
goose2010 Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Three days after Wigan. Smart move. Only the same as a what we do over Christmas (coped pretty well there didnt we?) and Easter. Sure they will be fine. People need to remember Leicester have no say when it comes to fixture changes.
NewburyFox Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Three days after Wigan. Smart move. Which is 3 days after Burnley. Big week.
LCCFox96 Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Which is 3 days after Burnley. Big week. This. Thats a huge week for us! Two very strong sides and an inform resurrected side in 9 days. Seems like the part run though where will pick up 4/6 points on the road in those two tough games and then screw up at home to Wednesday and slip to a 0-1 defeat.
Corky Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Think after this there's 2 more games. I reckon we will get the last game at home on sky and possibly another. Not overly bothered it's been moved because it means I can watch te national for the first time I years. They'll get around that because the last day kick-off time has already been moved before Sky have selected their matches.
Babylon Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Well at least it's a Friday and not a ****ing Thursday.

Doncaster is a distinct possibility if anything is riding on it, but won't be moved as it's the last day.
Bert Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Is this the 3rd at home?4th. Leeds, Burnley, Derby.
Itsthejoeker Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Looks like I'll have to take the night off work
One Legged Beaver Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 That's the day I go back to Jersey for Easter so good news for me. It will be mad if the classification doesn't downgrade from platinum for the people who will be going to the game mind you.
Freeman's Wharfer Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Think after this there's 2 more games. I reckon we will get the last game at home on sky and possibly another. Not overly bothered it's been moved because it means I can watch te national for the first time I years. Conversely I'm going to Ladies Day with a few mates so can't go to the match now! Also lived in Sheffield for a few years and had some mates planning on coming down for the weekend... Only the same as a what we do over Christmas (coped pretty well there didnt we?) and Easter. Sure they will be fine. People need to remember Leicester have no say when it comes to fixture changes. They quite often do. Normally if it's not going to be on a Saturday they'll discuss with the relevant people (sky, police etc) when it will be re-scheduled for, which is why you get televised Championship games on Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays and Mondays.
Babylon Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Who the hell comes up with these platinum fixtures.
leicesterisme Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 I quite like Friday night games, hopefully the club put some sort of offer on and get the ground full.
Leicesterpool Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 This is disappointing Sheff Wednesday normally like to bring an big following to this normally, but since it's a night match i can only see them bringing half the allocation. Sad normally a cracking atmosphere against these, but can't beat a friday night thriller!
