shade Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 Wouldn't accept anything more than 10m, priceless player but you would accept less? poor business sense.
Al-aLondon-Foxile Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 As a Championship player he's £10m+. His all round game is just night and day compared to last year. He's very possibly the best forward at this level atm with only a handful giving him competition (McCormack etc). It'll be interesting to see him at Prem level. I get the feeling that if we brought in the right striker alongside him for Vardy to do the running then he could step it up. Let's wait til then to put a value on him. Completely agree with this, his tireless running at pace and sustained effort throughout is incredible. How that would translate in the premiership remains to be seen. He's a huge asset to us this season and I hope he pushes on.
Floridafox Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 Would Fleetwood get a percentage? Not that we ever want to sell the man (player of the season)
A fox for life Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 Nugent played for England, surely Vardy would be a good sub for England or am I getting ahead of myself
VLC86 Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 Remember when the perception was Pearson's management meant strikers regressed? How stupid does that look now Vardy is our key player
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 £ 1.5 million. His value will rocket if we gain promotion, and can hit a fair few goals.

bluebeau Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 He's never looked back since he got rid of that stupid hairstyle! Whoever was responsible for scouting & spotting him, well done to you......brilliant signing!
ScouseFox Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 Comfortably the best player outside the Premier League.
Rushden fox Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 Brady and Ings for me...a young and hungry combo. With Philips coaching them .... Simply quality. As a Championship player he's £10m+. VLC86 Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 10 grams of coke, 3 bottles of Smirnoff and a ghetto blaster
fleckneymike Posted 22 February 2014 Posted 22 February 2014 I will freely admit that I never thought he would make the step up he has. Not only has he overcome the half a beat slowness that plagued his game but he is gradually improving his tactical awareness. That first goal today was one heck of a finish and not one I think many of our recent strikers could have made (even if we ignore the pace he used to manufacture the opportunity).
