Just finished Far Cry 5.  Took a while to get into it but after a few upgrades on weapons, stashes found and perks added, the gameplay was decent.  Also found the endings pretty clever at the end.  Need to go back and do the ending at the start now.  lol

Do I go back and do FC4 before FC6 or do I go through FC new dawn straightaway?  What about FC3?  Not played a FC game since the first two.

new dawn then 6. hope you like pink

Far Cry 3 is the best one by far imo. Vass is a great villain and the decision you make at the end is genuinely a conundrum. I would absolutely play FC3 first

My wife and I played through the entirety of "It Takes Two" this weekend.

It's exactly the sort of game we've been looking for for a long time. Best local 2 player game we have played for years. The game mechanics, the storyline, the look and feel of the game is practically perfect.

We both feel terrible about what we did to that poor elephant though...

lol

It is brilliant. There really aren't enough top quality couch co-op games. I recommend A Way Out if you've not tried that, a more serious storyline but actually makes for some hilarious moments at times when you can't time things correctly together etc.

Unravel 2 is good also.

It’s absolutely astounding in every way, could not agree more. One game we played, and it’s maybe a bit odd as it’s PSVR, is “Keep Talking and nobody explodes” as it’s coop too. Very different and impressive.

Just finished Hogwarts legacy, overall really enjoyed the game.

Looking for something new to play now; was tempted by Valhalla but think I've just missed that on sale.

Anyone have any suggestions for any open world RPG style games?

Baldur's Gate 3 finally released! 120gb and counting...

Managed to play it yet?

With all the really good reviews etc. I am rather tempted to give it a go, haven't play any of them before

Only about 11 hours in so far but really enjoying it so far.  It's basically the same as Divinity: Original Sin 2 so if that was up your street then this will be.  I'd actually say I prefer it to DOS2 as it looks much nicer and is set in a fantasy genre I'm much more familiar with.  Suspect I've got a long long way to go still though.

Never really got into Skyrim back in the day, so I’ve been putting a few hours into it an evening on the PS5.

Got myself in a death loop last night by saving it just as I was about to come under attack by a Draugr. Took me a good half an hour to finally break free from it lol

To be able to play Skyrim again without knowing anything about it would be a blessing. Incredible game.

Zero intention of buying another Bungie game, Destiny has been deleted off all my machines.

Pretty much spent my life on it since D1 until a couple of months ago.

So traded in some games and got Final Fantasy 16. Always loved the FF games so im looking forward to seeing how this game measures up. Story is paramount, it has to make me want to play more and see what happens next. Ill never forget playing FF10 for the first time and being terrified of fighting Sin.

I’m almost at the end of FF16 (I think!). Really enjoying it. Bit different to usual FF games but still got enough of the typical charm.

The demo is the best I've played.  Superb from what I played of it.  Let us know how it goes, I don't have it yet.

I downloaded I am Setsuna and unfortunately got sucked in to the point where it was all going so easily and then one boss wiped me out and took an hours worth of unsaved game time with it.  lol

It's a decent old school RPG which doesn't tell you exactly how the mechanics of the game work - plays very much like the SNES games of old and earlier FF games.
