Dr The Singh Posted 13 May 2014 Posted 13 May 2014 me neither, especially if people keep standing up and shouting/singing. You wouldn't do it at the pictures so sit down and shut.Sing in the bath if you have toI like your thinking, I hope we sit next to each other next season, we will get on like a house on fire.I also don't like the rowdiness when we score, we also should clap the away side scoring, it's the right thing to do
m00nie Posted 13 May 2014 Posted 13 May 2014 I agree it was marketed correctly as it probably made people who was on the fence about buying one actually buying one I'll also predict there will be an unpresidented rise in memberships as well Just a few points tho They never "pretended" to sell out they did sell out The 500 tickets that went on sale was returns from Doncaster and a few odds and ends that was returned They never released a few more each day it was the initial 500 sold over a few days with changing requirements when people went down at the requirement stage they were offered seats next to away or in the west stand so there were more available than they let on also 500 wouldn't have lasted 4 days with the amount of people wanting tickets, they was even selling them on the day. was more of the plan to hype it up imo
Lionheart Posted 13 May 2014 Posted 13 May 2014 Anyone having to relocate out of N Block come over to SK1 we could do with some of you lads as you did a good job of getting the atmosphere going over there this season.
gonnabeblueforever Posted 13 May 2014 Posted 13 May 2014 me and my lad have been season ticket holders since 2004 , we sit in N Block , he is now turning 18 on july 31st , i have until 2/6/14 to renew , i have a e mail stating that my and his seat has not been sold. do you think i am going to have problems re newing my seats , i was planning to go down on the 24th may to sort it. Unfortunately I think you will be asked to relocate as son will now have a under 22 season ticket (it is age at 1st sept). We moved to N a few seasons ago and enjoy sitting there, hope this change to family stand status doesn't dilute the good atmosphere there has been this year.

According to the ST Terms and Conditions I've just been given it says; Concession prices are issued on the following basis.. Under 18s issued for use of a juvenile Under the age of 18 BEFORE the 1st September 2014. By my reckoning he's under 18 by a day

theoldbluefox Posted 21 May 2014 Posted 21 May 2014 hi i have to go down on saturday to renew our season tickets. They are for me and my lad who will be turning 18 on july 31st , i have read all the comments about us being booted out our seats ,on this message board. here is what i have done so far, i went down last saturday with my wife , with my season ticket cards. i had no intension of renewing my tickets , it was to inquire if my seats were still waiting for me. The lad behind the counter was very good he checked on the screen and said yes no problems.I informed him my lad was turning 18 , he said dont worry he will have to pay for a under 22 ticket instead. I told him about all the comments from various people in the media , he said i was ok ,i asked him to sign my printed off e mail ,saying my seat would not be sold from the club , like all season ticket holders recieved . He told me he ran the section , he wrote my seat numbers ,row numbers on the e mail + signed it and printed his name ,with the date. Prior to this i wrote to the leicester mercury about OUR SITUATION , they have printed my letter in the leicester mercury tonight , it will be in my back pocket if i have any issues when i go down. sorry i forgot to add , he also said if i had not received any e mails from the club , was ok. i will keep you informed. have a read of my letter in the mercury page 14 , and see if you agree.

So basically if you get your renewal done on sat you need not have gone through all this effort?
Guest Posted 21 May 2014 Posted 21 May 2014 Does your letter have paragraphs and punctuation? Specifically full stops.
theoldbluefox Posted 21 May 2014 Posted 21 May 2014 Emilio you must be one of those plastic twats like my letter said , grow up .
Guest Posted 21 May 2014 Posted 21 May 2014 Emilio you must be one of those twats like my letter said , grow up . Not really. It's just you can see why people wouldn't understand what the fvck you're going on about if you write like it's thoughts just pouring out of your head.
Harry - LCFC Posted 21 May 2014 Posted 21 May 2014 Grammar and spelling don't bother me usually but I do have to make a point about it if I'm struggling to understand someone. I can't work out what the issue is here. You seem to be saying your seats are guaranteed like everyone else's, where's the problem?
Bert Posted 21 May 2014 Posted 21 May 2014 I think the blokes point is that there was supposedly a rule coming out saying you couldn't sit in the family stand without an under 18. His son will no longer be 18. So he went down to get ask and after getting what he wanted he's going to show it to the club should they not let him do so when he renews? I think that's the gist of it.

theoldbluefox Posted 21 May 2014 Posted 21 May 2014 Sorry bert has it summed up , i am so pissed off to think how i am being treated. I will have to move maybe due to the new rules in the family stand , to where and what seat and what cost ?? I do get carried away when typing sorry.

We all go round calling people twats from time to time.

I do get carried away when typing sorry. you sit in the family stand and then complain about the rules, the rules are not new or been changed they are just being enforced more proactively now after people was taking advantage upon reading your letter i can understand your frustrations at the club for not informing you that you would have to move but that instead your current seats are secured but why come across as being bitter and attacking your fellow fans why does it come down to you thinking your a better and loyal fan for having a season ticket since 2003 and should be treated differently then all 7000 new applicants or as you called them "plastics" who are just going to watch the other team as been discussed on here numerous times people have different reasons for only having a season ticket next season
jammie82uk Posted 21 May 2014 Posted 21 May 2014 When do the season tickets actually arrive? couple of weeks before the season starts
Vlad the Fox Posted 21 May 2014 Posted 21 May 2014 When do the season tickets actually arrive? A week after the first home game.
