He said Walker meant that and should've been a penalty, even though he's looking the other way. Then the trip on Kane according to Quinn wasn't a penalty when it probably should've been.

"a huge step up" etc. You're having a laugh. For the most part it's a pretty dire league, which makes it more painful that we managed to get ourselves so far adrift!
