nealsimbo Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 People keep saying he's a lability but it never happened.
Guest Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 we never should have sold him. Far better than SSL, I'd rather have him than Wes. He'd go nicely alongside Was or Moore.
Babylon Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 I'd rather have him than Wes. He'd go nicely alongside Was or Moore.
robbieLOVESthealmightylcfc Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Yes yes yes bring the man home! One of my favourite players in recent times
Fox42 Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Genuinely think he'll make a great defensive midfielder.
Danno Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Genuinely think he'll make a great defensive midfielder. Please let this be sarcasm
Guest MattP Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Genuinely think he'll make a great defensive midfielder. Did you not go to Peterborough? It was embarrassing. It showed everyone the difference in time you get on the ball at centre half compared to centre mid, he surrendered possesion virtually every time he got it.
Corky Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 I like how people want Bamba back in place of Wes when Wes could do all Bamba's skills and actually defend. I didn't mind the bloke and he was entertaining but that was when the football was pretty dull. Now we have entertainers and effective players.
Blanesta Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 I think we could possibly get our Sol back for a cheeky £10 million bid!
VLC86 Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Do people still think putting the ball in your own net is called a 'home goal'? Christ. Thats what its called Andy, You clearly know nothing about football.
robbieLOVESthealmightylcfc Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Maybe we should get him and then sign Christopher Samba Always thought this too haha
Frank_mckenzie Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Would like to see bamba as a midfielder, sort of like an aldi version of yaya toure
Brooksy Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Imagine having Samba and Bamba in defence, we'd be down by Christmas.
Frank_mckenzie Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Didn't Blackburn try to buy bamba when they had samba?
Stuliasz Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 I'd rather sign Cherno Samba. He must have grown into his potential to become world player of the year by now?
muzzy1981 Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 As if Pearson would re-sign a player he sold only a couple of years ago. Madness
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Bamba was a pretty good player, and I was sorry to see him go, but I can't really imagine him coming back.
okie fox Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Constantly out of position and can't pass! Why would we want him back in defence or midfield?
ImBlue Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Bamba was a pretty good player, and I was sorry to see him go, but I can't really imagine him coming back. Surely you can at least imagine?
HowardsBulletHeader Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Would like to see bamba as a midfielder, sort of like an aldi version of yaya toure He wouldn't even be a poundland version of Yaya Toure if he played in midfield. As mentioned, Peterborough proved that, Christ he was a shambles.
RedSoxUK Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Bring him back on a free and lower wages Pearson! Think about it, he wasn't that bad at defending or going forward - he had problems with time on the ball, but nothing that can't be fixed. Would be a solid competition / cover for Upson and Morgan - and can be thrown on upfront in the 85th, or thrown on in the middle in the 80th. We've had ****ing Whitbread as cover, and SSL when fit.. Wasyl is okay, but I don't think he's quite got the time and ability to be that effective in the Prem - linesmen and ref's will catch his elbows. Morgan - Upson starting, Moore and Bamba cover... I would go for this if his fee was minimal and wage lower than previously as a part-role player.
SeCrEt FoX Posted 24 July 2014 Posted 24 July 2014 Thats what its called Andy, You clearly know nothing about football. omg.
